Subject: Choosing No-Pain Food, No More Body Pain

Respected and Beloved Master, I have retired, and I buy my own groceries and cook all my meals. It has been 10 months since I started choosing no-pain food beginning last May. My body and mind have significantly benefited. I am especially grateful to Master!

Here are two examples: In the past, if I stayed up late, causing excessive “heatiness” in my body, my lips would crack and it was very painful. Recently, when I stayed up late and had a lot of stress, my lips still cracked; however, after seven days, it healed without any pain during the process, and the scabbed areas didn’t crack due to eating. In the past, when facing disputes, I would always blame others and argue my point. Now, my mind automatically considers choosing a no-pain way to handle things. I first reflect on whether I have made any mistakes, then try to consider how to care for others, putting myself in their shoes. My tone shifts to a gentler one, aiming to make others feel as little pain as possible.

Eating animal-people meat causes animal-people suffering, harm, and pain, creating the indirect karma of killing. It will not only lead to sickness of the animal-people meat eaters but also create huge killing karma by satisfying the appetites of all animal-people meat eaters, which will lead to disasters, such as earthquakes or wars! I pray that humanity will soon choose a vegan diet, that the world will be free from disasters, and that all beings will live together in peace and happiness!
