The prophecy says: The Beauty will come from the West. Korea, China and Japan will then be more and more peaceful

Throughout its long history, China had long developed a sophisticated philosophy and practice of predicting fortunes. In particular, there are seven outstanding prophetic works, left behind by accomplished individuals who could advise emperors and knew the rise and fall of kingdoms centuries ahead of time. For our multi-part series, we have searched through these famous oracles to find out what they said about the most crucial event concerning our world today: the advent of a Saintly Savior who would rescue our world and lead us into a Golden Age of peace and prosperity. As our series unfolds, we will find much evidence that they were foretelling the Divine presence of Supreme Master Ching Hai.

We begin with the fascinating illustrated prophecy book titled “Tui Bei Tu,” attributed to two renowned astronomer-historians, Li Chunfeng and Yuan Tiangang, who lived during the 7th-century Tang Dynasty. Each of the book’s 60 prophecies consists of a drawing and a concise description, followed by a longer poem. The book’s title, “Tui Bei Tu,” literally meaning “the back-pushing pictures,” may have originated from the book’s last drawing, in which a man is pushing the back of another. As the story goes, Li Chunfeng had already disclosed too many secrets of Heaven (meaning these prophecies), and there still remained much to be told. So, his co-author, Yuan Tiangang, pushed his back to urge him to stop, as it would be better to go into retirement.

The 60 prophecies are each numbered by a hexagram, a symbolic configuration of six lines borrowed from “I Ching” (Book of Changes), the ancient Chinese divination classic. “Tui Bei Tu” is known for its astonishing accuracy in predicting major historical events. It is generally accepted that at least the first 41 prophecies have been fulfilled and validated. Then, starting from hexagram #42, we are told about the advent of the World Savior and a future of Great Oneness or world harmony.

The picture from hexagram #42 shows a Beauty, representing the Savior, who is holding a pipa (instrument), with a bow on the ground and a rabbit behind Her. The rabbits placement could mean that a zodiac year of the rabbit would follow the year of the Beauty, meaning She would be born in a tiger year. The Chinese zodiac sign of Supreme Master Ching Hai, whose birth year is 1950, is that of the tiger!

Hexagram #42 “The prophecy says: The Beauty will come from the West. Korea, China and Japan will then be more and more peaceful. A long bow is on the ground. The situation looks dangerous but is indeed not dangerous.”

Let’s look at this prophecy line by line. The first part says that the Beauty, meaning the Savior, will come from the West. In Chinese culture, a “beauty” refers to one with noble qualities, such as those of an honorable ruler. Supreme Master Ching Hai is beloved for Her many refined qualities of benevolence, righteousness, and grace. She is, to countless people, an unforgettable beauty (both inside and out)!

And how did She come from the West? Supreme Master Ching Hai was born in Âu Lc, also known as Vietnam, studied and lived in Europe, gained British citizenship, and attained enlightenment in the Himalayas. Thus, from the Chinese perspective, She is a foreigner from western regions. That the Beauty is a foreigner is also symbolized by the pipa She is holding in the illustration, as the pipa is said to be an instrument with a foreign origin (outside of China). Perhaps the prophets even foresaw Supreme Master Ching Hai playing the mandolin. But since at that time the mandolin did not exist in China, they depicted Her with the most similar plucked-string instrument they knew of, the pipa. The mandolin is also from the foreign Western land of Italy. “The West” could also refer to a foreign place associated with enlightenment. Around the time when “Tui Bei Tu” was written, Buddhism flourished and the venerable Chinese monk Xuanzang made his famous “journey to the West,” from where He brought back sacred Buddhist scriptures to China.

Furthermore, this prophecy and its illustration contain an interesting puzzle about the Savior being a “foreigner.” A Chinese character for “foreigner” (夷) is a combination of the characters for “one” (一), “person” (人), and “bow” (弓). When the bow of the pipa-holding foreigner is dropped on the ground, as shown in the illustration, what remains is “One Person” (一人).  And as we will see later in our series, “One Person” is a code name for the Savior, appearing multiple times in the “Tui Bei Tu” prophecy book.

Honorable viewers, we’ll return after a brief message. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television.

Peaceful viewers, welcome back to our program. Let’s continue to interpret Hexagram #42 from the prophecy book “Tui Bei Tu.” The poem says that after the Savior comes from the West (and hence to the East), peace will increase in Korea, China, and Japan. Supreme Master Ching Hai resided in Taiwan (Formosa) for long periods since the late 1980s. She has also given lectures and held group meditations there as well as in Korea and Japan. We believe Her presence in East Asia has contributed to lessening calamities and increasing prosperity throughout the region. For instance, Cross-Strait relations have evolved dramatically since the 1990s. Hostile confrontation has been avoided, people come and go freely, and economic ties continue to deepen. Speaking of the economy, the East Asian region has come to have some of the world’s largest and most prosperous economies, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.

Regarding Japan, the respected American clairvoyant Edgar Cayce had predicted that “the greater portion of Japan must go into the sea.” Thankfully, such a tragedy of that magnitude has not occurred. The March 2011 earthquake in eastern Japan caused part of the coastline to sink about one meter. We wonder whether a bigger cataclysm was thus minimized through Masters Divine blessing power to reduce bad karma, just as some of our Association members sometimes witnessed in their inner visions. For example, one Taoist initiate named Hu Wan-Tan once said that he saw Master lift up the whole island of Taiwan (Formosa) to stop it from sinking into the sea.

As for Korea, we recall the historic moment in April 2018, when the two leaders of Korea pledged peace. We believe that this great progress on the Korean peninsula which also means peace for neighboring Japan, China, and the world was achieved thanks to Masters spiritual efforts.

The prophecy then said: “A long bow is on the ground. The situation looks dangerous but is indeed not dangerous.” The dropped weapon implies that contrary to appearances, military activity wont take place. This was also Masters reassuring message in response to the worlds fears surrounding Korea in 2013: But dont worry, it (war) wont happen. The North and the South people should not worry too much. (Master, why will there be no war? The situation is so tense. How can it be?) “I know, I know. I know. Okay, first of all, of course, we have to thank the grace of Heaven, (Yes, Master.) the interference of the Saints and the Sages and the Heaven. But, even physically speaking, you don’t have to worry too much because the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, Mr. Kim Jong-un, the supreme leader of North Korea, even though he’s young, but he’s not stupid. He might have listened to some of his advisers, and his advisers maybe worried. They probably just panicked because of some situations, some newly developed situations. But the leader of North Korea, he doesn’t have violence in his being. He doesn’t want war at all. And he listens to the truth. He doesn’t like flattery. That’s what he is. They will try to talk and make peace. Maybe that’s what we should do, talk to each other. Fairly, respectfully. And then everything will be done. Every peaceful plan will be done.

“We are not different people that should be confronting each other. We are one people of the same blood that should be living in unity and harmony.”

“Ah, I love this day. I love this day. For the Korean peace news, we should be celebrating together but, you know, I’m still in a kind of retreat. Intensify my meditation effort. (Yes, Master.) Ah, Korea we love you! (We love you Korea!) We love you Korea! (We love you Korea!) We love you Korea! (We love you Korea!) Oh, I’m crying again, I’m crying again, when I heard the news, I have goosebumps all over. Even though I knew it was coming. Im still crying now. Oh, Im so happy. Its like a big stone has fallen from my heart. Im not crying because I am sad, Im just happy, okay? Im happy.(Yes Master.) Yeah, I thank you also for working diligently. We are part of, the progress. We wish the world all peace, and it will come. It will come.”
