“The enzyme is the important thing. In the Eastern medicine, the Chinese physicians, they call it ‘Chi.’ Chi is the life force. I think in Yoga language, they call it ‘Prana.’ It’s the same thing. And I only recently learned there are something like seven to ten types of Chi. I didn’t know that, so that was new. So, anyway fruit, its life is rich in Chi, so that’s why we want to preserve that. And Chi is also very delicate, very easy to destroy. Forty-seven degree is all you need to destroy most of it.”

“We’ve known of cases even diabetes, medically diabetes is known to be irreversible, but we’ve known of people who managed to reverse it through a raw diet. Heart disease, I think heart disease and cancer is quite common, and the reversal is quite common these days. So, I showed you this earlier. And much of this is preventable.” “The key point is in the antioxidants. That’s the stuff that builds a strong immune system. And this is very rich.”

“We soak the almonds and the other nuts and seeds that we use largely because of the, what we call enzyme inhibitors that is present on the skin of the nuts. We soak them so that we can remove them. These enzyme inhibitors interfere with our digestion. So, if you eat the nuts that are raw, that is dry, you can get the feeling of indigestion. So it’s important to soak them, to remove them. And also after soaking them for 12 hours, it goes up. Many of the nutrients actually go up. Mung beans, the green beans we eat, when we sprout them, some of the vitamins actually go up 600%. So, it’s the same with many other nuts.”

“This one, it’s a Belgium study when fruits are at their peak of ripeness, the antioxidant level is highest. That’s when the fruit is also the sweetest, the most fragrant, and the most tasty.” “And bananas cured it both ways, because bananas contain serotonin, something that uplifts, something that relaxes and uplifts the mood. So that cured my depression and it also cured my stomach. Athletes, a lot of athletes use this because it provides instant energy.” “Best to avoid white sugar, best to avoid any refined materials, if you need sweeteners use dates.”
