In today’s news, Canada assists vulnerable citizens in Tanzania, lake turns pink in Argentina due to fish factory pollution, wood alternative made from kombucha waste wins award, German experts produce concrete building with novel carbon reinforcements, Indian man spends retirement serving others, famous football club in the United Kingdom launches meat-free pie at the stadium, and friends in Turkey group together to rescue a puppy stuck in flood.

Canada helps disadvantaged Tanzanians.

The government of Canada contributed US$3.74 million through the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) to help ensure that the most disadvantaged people in the urban areas of Tanzania have adequate nutrition and food security. Gender related situations such as households headed by females will also be a focus of the initiative. Cash transfers will enable individuals to directly access money for their current basic needs and support future resilience. Canada is a Shining World Leadership Award for Animal Protection recipient, and a laureate of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Caring. Our heartfelt gratitude, Canada and the United Nations World Food Programme, for your compassionate cooperation in assisting our Tanzanian sisters and brothers. In Heaven’s loving care, may all be blessed with the abundance that goes hand-in-hand with the wise adoption of the life-saving vegan lifestyle.

Waste from industrial fish factory pollutes lake in Argentina.

Corfo Lagoon in Argentina’s Patagonia region has turned neon pink after an industrial fish factory dumped their waste in it. Previously, the operation transported their byproducts in trucks to a processing plant. However, residents of the neighboring town of Rawson, tired of the bad smells and associated pollution, blocked the roads to these trucks. The government authorities then permitted the fish plant to dump the untreated waste into the approximately 15 hectare lake, a decision that has been widely criticized by environmentalists and residents. The color change is due to sodium sulfite, a chemical used to preserve prawns, and which could be toxic in large concentrations. Such saddening news, Argentina, on the pollution of the Corfo Lagoon from factory fish farming. We pray that people will quickly switch to vegan food to ensure the recovery of the planet’s delicate ecosystems, in God’s Mercy.

Up next on Noteworthy News, wood alternative made from kombucha waste wins award. We’ll just thank the vegan agricultural engineers, who help to improve the efficiency of the machinery and facilities used in irrigation or crop production in an eco-friendly manner. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more friendly news. Vegan: enemy of brutality.

Hallo, brilliant viewers, I am Luti the vegan Fruit Bat! I’m a vegan because everybody wins in a vegan world. Join me. Today, I have a tip on how to make personalized coffee cups! Write or draw your name on a porcelain mug using a permanent marker. Set it in the oven and let it bake at 350 °F (or 175°C) for 30 minutes. Your cup will now be labeled with your name forever. You can also get creative and draw decorative designs on the mug to gift to a loved one! Thank you for watching, and much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Here’s the weather around the world!

Wood alternative made from kombucha waste wins design award.

Gabe Tavas, a gifted 21-year-old undergraduate student from Illinois, United States, was chosen for the 2021 American James Dyson Award for creating a sustainable wood-alternative from kombucha waste. Unlike many other companies that use sawdust to make wood-substitutes, Gabe’s invention, named Pyrus, is made using the bacterial cellulose byproduct of the kombucha industry. The cellulose sheets are blended into a gel, dried and pressed mechanically to form a flat wood-like material. This can then be sanded, cut, and coated with resins for further applications. Gabe has produced around 74 wood samples over the past year, turning them into products like guitar picks and jewelry. Inspired by his immigrant parents, Gabe aims to address the issue of deforestation using Pyrus. Congratulations, Gabe, on receiving the award and for your cool creation. May we embrace more sustainable designs combined with the planet-cooling vegan diet to protect our beautiful forests, in Divine benevolence.

German researchers and architects introduce next generation concrete building.

Experts from the Technical University of Dresden and the international architectural company Henn are constructing a building named The Cube at the university’s campus. It is made from concrete and reinforced with carbon fiber mesh as opposed to traditionally used steel. The new method produces a four times stronger and four times lighter end product that needs fewer raw materials and could reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 50% compared to previous construction techniques. The structures will also last longer and allow unique and flowing designs such as the roof folding to become a wall. Such wonderful news, German researchers and architects, on your innovative building technology that will help to save our planet’s resources and allow futuristic designs. In Universal wisdom, may your advancement help lead the way to an eco-friendly future of green construction.

Kind Indian gentleman finds joy in his retirement by improving other people’s lives.

Garikipati Donthuleswara Rao, 76-years-young, has been devoted to helping co-citizens since 1970 when he assisted students with disabilities in Hyderabad. His charitable activities have been focused in his local village Chinnapuram, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, and so far have included building a hospital to treat the eye problems of the disadvantaged, and recently constructing a new primary school for up to 400 students. In 2011, he founded the Smt and Sri Garikipati Donthulu Charitable Trust, through which he and his family hold activities such as supporting deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds, distributing books, and sponsoring cataract operations. Next, the humanitarian plans to build a playground to help improve the physical fitness of children. Heaven’s blessings, Mr. Rao, for your noble life of service to others. In Divine joy, may you always have the strength and resources to carry on your mission of assisting all those around you in need.

Coming up, football club in the United Kingdom launches meat-free pie at the stadium. We are going to step outside for a moment to take in the scents of the beautiful flowers for some fresh inspiration. We’ll be right back with more cheerful news here on Supreme Master Television. Vegan side effect: think u can move mountains, that’s the start! Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Inspiring News for a Progressive World.

British football club launches meat-free pie at the stadium.

The Liverpool Football Club in the United Kingdom has debuted Quorn’s meat-free pie at the Anfield Stadium to help reduce carbon emissions and heal the planet. With a crispy crust and rich juicy gravy, Quorn’s mycoprotein-based pies use 90% less land and water than equivalent animal protein products. Recent research of football fans revealed that almost half of them have tried meat-free or flexitarian diets, and 78% would change what they eat to help the planet. If all spectators choose the meat-free pie, 100 metric tons of carbon emissions would be prevented in just one game. Way to go, Liverpool Football Club and Quorn, on your new pie to help football fans reduce their ecological footprint and move toward a vegan lifestyle. In the support of the Providence, may all sports stadiums soon switch to 100% plant-based foods as we heal our cherished planet.

Friends make a human chain to rescue a puppy from Turkish flood.

Despite strong waves, a group of men grasped each other’s hands as they extended their line to reach the small canine trapped in flood debris in the Black Sea off the coast of Sinop. With this strategy, they were able to get a hold of the little fellow and bring him safely to the shore. The rescued dog was wet but after some care, appeared to be fine. One of the men said, “We were in danger, one wrong move could have caused us to drown in the sea.” A high salute, kind humans, for braving the risks to save a precious life. Wishing you many safe adventures, little pup. In Divine love, may disasters be minimized and all lives rescued by a universal transition to the pacifying vegan diet.

We have a joke to uplift your mood. It’s called, “Glasses for Work.”

Jim came home exhausted from work. He said to his wife:

“I think I need to have my glasses checked. I’m so nearsighted that it’s causing me to work too hard.”

“What’s being nearsighted got to do with working too hard?”

“I couldn’t see clearly whether the boss was checking up on me or not, so I had to work the whole day long!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Adiyasuren in Mongolia:

All people who are coming to the understanding that Love is the greatest, enjoy watching Your sincere heartfelt shows that promote the peaceful coexistence of all living beings. Although the current situation of our world is not all that pleasant, I thank You for all the things that You do for a better future. Thanks to the Supreme Master TV team for bringing us all the good news and information from around the world during this time. At first, I watched Supreme Master TV on YouTube with my phone. Now that I changed my TV, and connected to the Internet, I watch it every day. My family members at first asked me what I had turned on, but later my children told me that very nice cuisines are airing and said, “Could you please cook it for us? If we visit Supreme Master Ching Hai, would She receive us? Will She invite us for a meal?” My daughters are 6 and 8 years old, and they ask many kinds of questions and request that I read the joke to them when it is on. My husband didn’t like it at first, but now he tunes in himself and asks what has happened to President Trump? Also, he said stuff like, “Wow, Supreme Master Ching Hai was enlightened so many years ago, and has so many awards, and many countries of the world know Her,” etc… I am grateful for the things that my family has understood, which I myself couldn’t have made them understand. Master, thank You from the bottom of my heart for dedicating Yourself to bringing Love and Peace. I pray for You to stay with us for many years to come. Adiyasuren from Mongolia
