Researchers highlight 5 vegan foods eaten daily in Blue Zones, regions with the world’s highest number of centenarians [100+-year-olds]. These foods activate longevity genes that rejuvenate the body, stabilize blood sugar, and help maintain a healthy weight: 1) Seaweed Rich in fiber, omega-3s, key vitamins and minerals, this Japanese favorite aids blood sugar, digestion, weight loss, and immunity. 2) Bittermelon A favorite in Japanese stir fry, it lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, supports kidneys, and boosts overall health with vitamin K. 3) Sweet Potatoes Rich in antioxidants, fiber, and complex carbs, they stabilize blood sugar, protect against inflammation, and provide lasting energy. A daily staple in Okinawa [Japan]’s 100-year-young diet. 4) Leafy Greens (like kale, mustard greens, and dandelion)
Packed with folate, vitamin K, and calcium, they support heart health, strong bones, and digestion. Eaten almost every day in the Mediterranean Blue Zones. 5) Legumes (especially soy, lentils, and chickpeas)

US pastor Reverend Donna Rigney shares her supernatural encounters with Lord Jesus (vegetarian), Who took her in the spirit to visit Heaven and hell.
Donna’s first experience was at age seven during Catholic mass. While kneeling with her scriptures, Lord Jesus appeared. She instinctively knew it was Him. He carried her into the spirit, showing her a Heavenly place of clouds and beauty. Lord Jesus engaged Donna with warmth and care, discussing her childhood concerns—like her mother’s anger or fights with others— making her feel deeply understood and loved. The vision ended when a nun tapped her shoulder to sit down, pulling her out of the spirit.
Devastated by Lord Jesus’s absence, Donna began a lifelong search for Him. She became a nun for two and a half years but did not find Him at the convent. She then joined a prayer group, and though she initially struggled to feel God’s presence, she persisted in daily prayer. Over time, she recognized His guidance through a warm sensation in her heart whenever scriptures or sermons touched her.
As Donna sought God more intensely, she began receiving visions of Heaven and hell. In one, Lord Jesus led her through hell to the Chamber of Despair, a place for people who were tormented by demons in their minds, some driven to suicide instead of turning to God. Walking through a tunnel, she heard loud clanging, like chains struck with a sledgehammer. In the chamber, a huge clock overhead symbolized eternal torment. Demons chanted, “Forever, forever you will be here. Forever you will be unloved. Never will you leave here.” Lord Jesus explained the lost souls’ plight, and as He stepped back, His Light—the only light in hell—revealed His presence. The souls screamed for help, but Lord Jesus, with a broken heart, said, “I can’t help you now. I died for them so they would live forever in My Kingdom, but they rejected Me.” He emphasized their suffering was needless, as accepting Him would have spared them this fate.
In another vision, Lord Jesus showed her a room filled with torture instruments: braces, spikes, saws and pickaxes. Demons seized them and rushed to a US city street. With spiritual sight, Donna saw them riding people’s shoulders, driving spikes into backs, and tightening braces on heads to cause excruciating pain. Some people, including children, were bound by balls and chains. Lord Jesus explained these came from sins and word curses, such as parents declaring, “You’ll never amount to anything” or “Everyone in our family gets cancer.” Such curses transferred bondage to children. Lord Jesus noted that blessing, not cursing, would free them to receive Heaven’s blessings.
Donna also visited Heaven. Lord Jesus guided her to the Hall of Miracles, with a gold floor, diamond chandeliers and several doorways. In the first, she saw a room filled with body parts— legs, arms, eyeballs, ears— stored for God’s children on Earth. Lord Jesus explained that during the coming revival, this room would be emptied as these parts are delivered to those in need. However, He emphasized that through prayer, holy living, and intimacy with Him, these miracles are accessible now, keeping angels busy bringing Heaven’s treasures to Earth.
Further down the hall, Donna entered a room with golden nets. Lord Jesus said He would release these to faithful, diligent believers who do right when no one is watching. These nets would draw souls into His Kingdom during the end-time harvest, not material wealth.
In another room, Donna experienced the Wind of the Spirit, a warm, love-filled breeze. Lord Jesus said He was preparing to release this wind to Earth, heralding a great revival.
Lord Jesus taught Donna to look at evil through Him to avoid being overwhelmed, a principle also for life on Earth: fixing eyes on Him ensures protection and guidance against evil’s traps.
Reverend Donna now teaches that intimacy with God— spending time listening, obeying, and living holy— is critical for participating in the coming revival. She prays that all will prioritize God, love Him fully, live to please Him, and continually experience His presence (Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural!)
