I’m staying lean and friendly on a plant-only diet, and my athletic performance has never been better. I have an exercise tip for you today. Dynamic stretching uses continuous, controlled movements to gradually increase your reach and range of motion, making it useful for warming up before exercise. Static stretching, in contrast, involves holding a stretch in one position and is generally better suited to after exercise. A dynamic warm-up raises your heart rate and increases blood flow, helping prepare your muscles for exercise. It also improves mobility and range of motion while rehearsing movement patterns, which can help muscles coordinate and respond more quickly and powerfully. Research suggests dynamic warm-ups may improve speed and power compared with static stretching or no warm-up, while preparing muscles and joints for activity and potentially reducing injury risk. To do dynamic movements, start with a small range of motion and gradually increase it as you warm up. Keep movements smooth and controlled rather than bouncing, jerking or forcing the stretch. Try arm circles, leg swings, walking lunges or movements that resemble the activity you are about to do. Around 5–10 minutes is usually enough.

Now, it’s time to plug in the laughter gizmo and let the joke of the day bring us some uplifting vibrations, entitled “Funds Within Reach.”

At a charity event, Destinee stepped forward to give everyone an update.

“I have good news and bad news. The good news is, we have enough money in this room to reach our fundraising goal.”

A guest yelled from the crowd:

“And what’s the bad news?”

“It’s still in all of your pockets.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Indonesian, with multiple-language subtitles, from a disciple in Jakarta, Indonesia
