Japan supports Sri Lanka and Maldives to welcome travelers.

The Government of Japan has launched a US$8.6 million project to strengthen border management and prevent the spread of infectious diseases in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The economies of both countries rely on global tourism, migrant workers and business travel, all of which have been adversely affected by the pandemic. Entitled, ‘Strengthening Capacity of Border Control for Responding to Infectious Diseases in Southwest Asia’ the project seeks to restore travel with measures that promote the health and safety of travelers and support staff at borders. It is being implemented through the International Organization for Migration together with relevant ministries of the Governments of Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Japan is a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Generosity, and Animal Protection laureate. Bravo, Japan! May your assistance to Sri Lanka and the Maldives improve the lives of their gracious citizens as travelers remain safe and healthy in Buddha’s grace.

Science shows coronavirus decreases important nutrients in breast milk.

According to recent findings from researchers at the University of Huelva in Spain, the SARS-CoV-2 virus lowered levels of selenium, nickel, iron, copper, vanadium, and aluminum in breast milk. The study compared the composition of breast milk from 20 healthy mom’s pre-pandemic and 34 infected moms, both with symptoms and asymptomatic. The decrease in these nutritional elements was alarming, as key elements like selenium are critical for the baby’s neurological development. Coronavirus also appeared to reduce the amount of metabolites in breast milk, uric acid and healthy cholesterol, for example, which play important roles in the baby’s growth and health. The researchers continue to monitor how breast milk responds to COVID-19 and vaccines, and advised nursing mothers to take supplements to provide optimal nutrition for their growing newborns. Thank you to all contributing scientists for sharing these findings to protect mothers and babies. We pray that in these uncertain times, all beings can take refuge in God’s Mercy. Vegan = ends all killing!

Up next, first electric bus starts operating in Kenya. Let’s spend a moment to thank the landscape gardeners who water plants and lawns, add fertilizer as needed, and also install outdoor lighting and sprinkler systems. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more engaging News.

Good day, inquisitive viewers, it’s Ivana, a vegan queen from the Inca Tern kingdom! Let's spread our wings of happiness and fly together to a wonderful future with the gentle plant-based way of life. This is how we will make our planet wholesome again! I would like to share a handy tip with you today. Be sure to fill out a luggage tag containing your contact information and other important details such as allergies or diet restrictions for your horse-person companion before you go on a trip or in case of an emergency. This will help you locate them if necessary. You can secure the tag on them by braiding it into their mane or tail. It is also a good idea to put another one on their halter in case the braid comes undone. Use a luggage tag that is as waterproof as possible. Much love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Thank you for watching. And now for the weather around the world.

Kenya’s first electric bus begins operations.

The first electric bus in Kenya recently began operating in the streets of Nairobi, as the nation looks to move away from polluting fossil fuel vehicles. The bus was produced by the part Kenyan and part Swedish Roam Motors, a Nairobi-based green mobility company. It has a top speed of 70 kilometers per hour and can travel for 360 kilometers on one charge. Fares will be comparable to the existing buses, which are usually minivans, and the company plans to release a whole fleet over the next year. The nation already receives most of its electricity from renewable sources, and they seek to reduce CO2 emissions by another 32% by 2030. Way to go, Roam and Kenya, on the release of your first electric bus. In the grace of Heaven, may your plans to reduce CO2 emissions even further be a success, as your noble nation leads the way towards a green vegan future.

The world’s most technologically advanced prosthetic developed in the United States.

Researchers from the University of Utah have created an artificial lower-leg that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology, motors, and processors that give extra power to movements, making activities more manageable and less stressful for the user. Frequently, amputees have to over-use their upper body and the intact section of the leg to make up for their prescribed prosthetic, but this state-of-the-art technology senses various movements to optimize the prosthetics’ support. The bionic leg is also extremely lightweight at 6 pounds (2.7 kilograms), which is only half the weight of the next lightest prosthetic. The largest prosthetic manufacturer in the world, Ottobock, will collaborate with the developers to launch the product globally. Inspiring news, University of Utah and Ottobock, on your noble mission to improve the quality of life for amputees around the planet. May humans use the power of their innate soulful intelligence to better the lives of all in the delight of Heaven.

Hardworking Afghan refugee educates children in India.

Anjam Knowledge House is a small school in New Delhi, run for and by displaced Afghans. It was founded by Anjam, an educator from Kabul, after he discovered refugee children from his homeland were having difficulties at government schools due to a lack of adequate English language skills. Along with English, the community schools’ four educators teach classes in Arabic, Persian, mathematics, and computer skills. Students attend classes for three to four hours a day. Tuition fees are only paid by those who can afford them, and Anjam works double shifts at a restaurant to pay for the classroom rent and bills. Our gratitude kind, Anjam, and Anjam Knowledge House teaching staff. We pray for your school’s future prosperity and students’ success. If we enact the wise advice from the Masters, Saints, and Sages of the past and present, our world will return to peace and happiness for all, in the illuminating wisdom of the Divine. Vegan: cos we want 2 b near God.

Coming up, American actress promotes veganism with her unique campaign in United States. We will pause for a moment to remember to pray for those in need of love, safety, peace, and compassion. More motivating news when we return! Please stay with us here on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Gratifying News for a Satisfied World.

American celebrity supports the growth of veganism in United States.

The mother of talented vegan singer, Billie Eilish, and an acclaimed vegan actress herself, Maggie Baird, has started a new plant-based initiative with her nonprofit team, called Support + Feed. The initiative started in Minnesota, USA, at the Twin Cities Film Festival, with the aim to expose more people to the plant-based diet. Hosting a 10-day event, "Eat Drink Give," restaurants were encouraged to include vegan menus in their offerings so as to raise awareness to their patrons regarding dietary choices and the climate crisis, as well as the harmful environmental effects of animal-people factories. Maggie received the Changemaker Award at the film festival for her dedication to addressing the urgent issue of climate change. Our hats off, Maggie Baird, and Support + Feed team, on your endeavor to promote veganism. In the gracious support of the Providence, may your noble example inspire brave Americans to adopt the climate-cooling and ethical vegan lifestyle.

Sheep-people help young woman recover from cancer.

When Hannah Russell of North Yorkshire in the UK was diagnosed with stage three sarcoma cancer in 2019 and skin cancer a year later, Hannah had to take time off work over the next two years for treatments that included six operations and radiotherapy. During this challenging time, the twenty-five-year-old author decided to bring two sheep-persons into her family. Izzy and Ida are unique and adorable Black Valais Sheep persons with whom she quickly bonded. Using treats, Hannah trained them to perform tricks and then shared her videos on her online blog. Hannah found that her cheeky and loving sheep friends lifted her spirits and that the posts delighted the viewers. The best news of all came recently when Hannah found out that she had entered remission; she is now looking forward to more happy days with her animal people friends. All the best, Hannah, Izzy, and Ida! May your friendship continue to brighten your lives and those around you as you flourish in Divine health and grace.

Looking for funny jokes? Let's enjoy our joke of the day! It's entitled, “Recognizable.”

When I worked in a hardware store, it was my job to help contractors with their orders. I remember there was one contractor who would always come into the store shirtless. One time when we were very busy, the next customer approached the counter and said:

“Hey there - just give me what I usually get.”

I looked up, and it took me a moment or two to realize it was the shirtless contractor, but he was wearing a shirt. Without thinking, I said:

“Oh sorry! I almost didn’t recognize you with your clothes on!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Nhã Linh in Ottawa, Canada:

Hi, Supreme Master TV team brothers and sisters! I would like to send this poem to Master. Thank you so much and please take care:

WORDS OF APPRECIATION FROM MY HEART

Thank You for taking me to the Buddha Land. The Golden Palace was full of Light. The Rainbow Palace was so radiant. The Crystal Palace was transparent. I vow to practice diligently to express my appreciation, respect and love You are with me wherever I am. This grace I will forever ingrain in my heart. Nhã Linh from Ottawa Center, Canada

Colorful Nhã Linh, We thank you for sending our Beloved Master these luminous verses. We wish that you continue to elevate on the path to Buddhahood and that your experiences encourage others to choose a spiritual way of life, as opposed to a life solely entrenched in the physical realm. We pray that you and your fellow polite Canadians are shown the way to higher worlds while in the protection of Divine Grace, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has some verses of Her own for your beautiful soul: “Resolute Nhã Linh, Where Master Power shines the Light, you may walk in peace; Where Master Power blesses the palaces, you may live in spiritual bliss. May you and your trusting country of Canada continuously live in the Love and Light of Heaven and soon reach the ultimate enlightenment.”

Vegan: 4 the love of the defenseless n innocent.
