United Nations aids vulnerable populations in Lebanon.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs’ Lebanon Humanitarian Fund has provided US$6 million to 14 non-governmental organizations for initiatives that will help at-risk populations in the nation. The projects will offer child protection as well as support education for children currently not attending or in danger of dropping out of school, youth with disabilities, survivors of gender-based abuse, and those with special needs. The aim is to aid Lebanese citizens, Syrian and Palestinian refugees, and migrants. Our deep thanks, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and partnering organizations, for such timely assistance. May we find a long-lasting, peaceful, loving solution to the challenges facing all residing in Lebanon, in Allah’s Divine Wisdom.

Australian astronomer discovers never seen before object in space.

Tyrone O'Doherty, a Ph.D. student at Curtin University in Perth, recently found a previously unknown object within our galaxy that emits a burst of radio waves for one minute every 18 minutes and 18 seconds. The signal was picked up using the Murchison Widefield Array telescope in the Western Australian desert, using a technique that Mr. O'Doherty had developed.

In a February 8, 2022 phone call with some of the Supreme Master TV team members, Supreme Master Ching Hai explained the spiritual reason behind the existence of this object. “(Yes, Master. The scientists detected a radio burst from the center of the galaxy. Could Master please explain this phenomenon?) Ah, it is because of Heaven’s countermeasure (Oh!) to all this negative energy that is beaming into our world, trying to help, because of our prayers, because of my prayers also, of course.”

The research team, led by astrophysicist Dr. Natasha Hurley-Walker, believes that the source, which is 4,000 light-years from Earth, may be an ultra-long-period magnetar, which is a slowly spinning neutron star that is left behind after a supergiant star collapses. Congratulations, Tyrone O'Doherty, on this amazing discovery. In Celestial harmony, may we cherish our human existence within the universe, and always improve our noble quality by serving others in love. Vegan: inner strength n physical power.

Up next, researchers in United States make major leap in lithium-sulfur battery technology. We’d like to thank all the environmental and animal-people activists’ dedication to the welfare of our world and especially to the animal-people’s peace and right to live: even forgoing your safety and comfort. May Heaven protect you all and the lives you try to save. We’ll return with more outstanding news after this message here on Supreme Master Television.

Respectful viewers, I am Sal, a vegan lad from the Chinese Silk Chicken kingdom. One of the best gifts you can give to the planet and yourself is to follow the wonderful vegan lifestyle. This is what I know with all my heart! I’m happy to share a tip from our beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai today: “Hi loving kids, winter and rainy days can cause some discomfort. Make sure that you are well dressed for the weather. If sometimes you wake up with pain in your arm muscles, it could also be due to the cold wind from the air conditioner, or you might have slept on them. Just close your palms and give the troubled areas some gentle pats or/and scratch them with your fingers. In some cases, you may need to attach a heat patch to the affected areas, or lie down with an electric heated pillow on that part. Painkillers should be the last option, as most medicines do carry unwanted side effects, especially for your tender body. Take good care of yourself, for you are the future of the world and we need you. God Loves you kids.” We love You too, Supreme Master Ching Hai! Thank You for this caring advice. Love you so much for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet thus save the world! And thank you for tuning in. Now the weather around the globe.

United States researchers make major advancement in battery technology.

Scientists from the University of Michigan have made a discovery that could increase the driving range of electric cars, which currently use lithium-ion batteries, by 500%. This would be achieved by using aramid nanofibers to solve outstanding concerns with the life of lithium-sulfur batteries caused by small molecules of lithium and sulfur attaching to the lithium inside. Lead researcher Dr. Nicholas Kotov called the design of the new lithium-sulfur battery “nearly perfect,” and noted it can be operated at very high or low temperatures, and has nearly met the theoretical limits of its capacity and efficiency. The battery would also be lighter and more sustainable compared to a lithium-ion battery. Way to go, scientists from the University of Michigan, on your remarkable advancement in energy storage engineering. In the love of Heaven, may your research help usher in a zero-carbon world, as we do everything possible to save the planet.

European Investment Bank (EIB) supports water supply and sanitation initiatives in Ecuador.

The EIB has provided a US$100 million loan to Ecuador to enhance the quality of water and sanitation services across the country as well as to bring water and sewer connections to more households. The endeavors will benefit about 500,000 Ecuadorians and help the country’s resilience to pandemics like COVID-19 by improving accessibility to pure water. Sewer and stormwater networks along with wastewater treatment facilities will be built in designated coastal areas, thus decreasing the plastic released into the Pacific Ocean as well as reducing methane emissions. Our sincere gratitude, European Investment Bank, for the kind assistance. May the people of Ecuador be blessed with life-sustaining vegan food, clean water, and pristine air, in the support of the Providence.

Air conditioning repairman in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam, bravely rescues girl in burning house.

Recently, a fire broke out at a home in Hà Nội, causing a 14-year-old girl to be trapped inside. Trung Văn Nam and Dương Ngọc Vũ, who were repairing a nearby air conditioner, tried to extinguish the blaze unaware that anyone was inside. Mr. Nam climbed to the second floor’s roof to try and contain the conflagration with a fire extinguisher and heard the girl’s cries for help. He quickly kicked open a window which had iron bars, reached inside and was able to bring her out just in time as the fire further engulfed the structure moments later. We are relieved the girl was swiftly rescued and wish her a quick recovery from the burns she unfortunately suffered. Our wholehearted admiration for your heroic actions, Trung Văn Nam. May Buddha bless you for your noble deed that saved a precious human life. No 2 vegan: so u can go back 2 hell where u belong.

Coming up, United States dairy-free brand rolls out new range of vegan products. We will pause to learn about Urtiin Duu, a traditional style of Mongolian folk song performed as a lyrical chant, that is a UNESCO-recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Urtiin Duu is believed to have started around 2,000 years ago and is heard during special occasions like weddings and events that are prominent in Mongolian nomadic culture. Supreme Master Television will return in just a moment with more joy-inspiring news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Laudable News for an Exceptional World.

Vegan dairy-free brand launches new line of products in United States.

So Delicious Dairy-Free has released a new range called Wondermilk, featuring vegan items that are made to mimic the taste and texture of conventional ice cream and milk. There are a total of seven delicious ice cream offerings, featuring flavors such as Vanilla, Chocolate Coco Chip, Strawberry, Cookies & Crème, and Buttery Pecan and two sundae-style cones with Vanilla Peanut Sundae and Salted Caramel. The brand also has two new vegan milk products in whole fat and 2% reduced-fat varieties. The plant-based milk formula replicates aspects of dairy milk including the creamy mouthfeel and the sweet, sour, and salty flavors. We are grateful, So Delicious and all other plant-based companies, as you are striving to better our planet, thus bringing us closer towards a vegan world, in Divine blessings.

Legal challenge to intensive animal-people raising made in United Kingdom.

On January 25, 2022, a case was heard at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, UK, asking for judicial review of the British government not taking action to protect citizens from the immense harms from animal-people factories, namely zoonotic diseases, antibiotic resistance, climate change, and pollution in violation of the European Convention of Human Rights and the UK’s Human Rights Act 1998. The legal action was led by Jane Tredgett, founder and director of the non-profit Humane Being, a Shining World Compassion Award recipient, and Dr. Alice Brough, a veterinary surgeon who previously worked in the British pig-people industry.

“Essentially what we are calling for is that the government actually acknowledge the risks posed to human health, assess them fully, do a full review, and then distribute that information to the public. So that is what we can hope to achieve with our specific legal case. Beyond that, we would hope that would pressurize them to act on those risks because we’ve presented about 1,200 pages worth of very compelling evidence that this is a risk to human health for zoonotic pathogens, so future pandemics much worse than COVID, antibiotic resistance, environmental catastrophe, and also chronic disease from consuming these products. There are many, many arguments against factory farming. We hope in actually bringing those together, the government would be forced to do something about it.”

Before the case was heard in court, outside the venue key speakers highlighted issues around industrial animal-people raising, including Vanessa Hudson, leader of the Animal Welfare Party.

“Here in the UK, we have a human population of 68 million people, but we have a farmed animal population of over 200 million animals. They’re living short, horrible, miserable lives in intense, cramped conditions brilliant for disease to spread.”

Jane Tredgett sincerely thanked everyone involved in the benevolent endeavor. “This is two years of work, but we couldn’t have got here without the support of every single one of you, every word of encouragement, every donation, every person that said, ‘We get what you are doing, we’re behind you,’ means the absolute world. This is for all of us. This is for our children. This is for the animals. This is for the planet. Thank you all so much, thank you.”

Although the case was ultimately dismissed by the court, an appeal is planned. What an incredible accomplishment, Jane Tredgett, Dr. Alice Brough and volunteers involved. In God’s Mercy, we pray this case will eventually succeed and helps lead to mass awareness of the world emergency being caused by animal-people factories.

A fun moment is ahead with our joke of the day called “Now and Then.”

An old man traveled from his rural town to the city to see a movie. After buying his ticket, he stopped at the concession stand to purchase some popcorn. Handing the attendant $5, he couldn’t help but comment,

“You know, sonny, the last time I came to the movies, popcorn was only 15 cents!”

“Well, sir, then I think you’re really going to enjoy yourself because films these days actually have sound and they are in color!”

And now we have a heartline from Kuang-I in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:

Dear Master, I am blessed to be Your disciple. I was very touched to hear Master mention, in a phone call with us during the two-day retreat at the New Land Ashram, that the Taiwanese (Formosans) are very special people.

Master delivered Her first public lecture on the Truth at the Labor Recreation Center in Tainan, Taiwan (Formosa), in 1988. As a result, I became Master’s disciple. I was deeply moved by Master’s words and deeds, showing care and concern for beings and liberating them from suffering, so I composed a song of praise entitled, “Great Master.” For the Mid-Autumn Festival, I composed another song entitled, “Remembering Master’s Grace at the Moon Festival,” for fellow initiates to sing in the celebration.

We, disciples, cannot describe in words Master’s immense Grace, but only tell Master, “We love You so much! Because You’re the great and compassionate Mother of all Earth’s children!” Kuang-I from Taiwan (Formosa)

Devoted Kuang-I, Thank you for sharing your inner thoughts.

Master has a loving reply for you: “Talented Kuang-I, it pleases me to have sincere and diligent disciples like you. A Master comes to this world to help sentient beings remember who they truly are, and to liberate them from illusion. I am glad that you have made good use of this opportunity to know your Great Self. Please continue to practice well, as all light is precious in this world. I pray that we may soon see a Great Awakening in all beings so that Heaven on Earth can be here at last. May the Buddha’s Grace uplift you and amiable Taiwan (Formosa). Love you too forever.”

“For every living being, he himself is afraid of death, how could he eat the meat of others?” ~ Lankavatara Sutra (Buddhism)
