I’m worried that you won’t like this hard floor anymore. You’re not used to it, but unfortunately, we can’t always organize it so well. We don’t have a house, and the people – our brothers and sisters – keep expanding, so much. At the beginning, when I was in Taiwan (Formosa), we only had a small room. As small as here. For meditation. It was already fully packed. And I made an effort to buy the chairs, the small chairs that you can fold up again. But later I kept buying more, and they still weren’t enough. And later I got tired and said, “Take your pillows and come or don’t come.” Because I was fed up with going out to buy chairs. The manufacturer said, “We have nothing left.” When we wanted to buy 7,000 chairs at once, they said, “We can’t do that, and the machines would break”.

OK, so... But sitting on the floor is also very comfortable. If you go into samadhi and then fall down, it’s not that far. But at home, you can also use the sofa, right? One that is a bit hard, so that you don’t always fall backwards. Then you sit like this, you can also meditate – sit in bed, your legs crossed or uncrossed, it doesn’t matter. You can also sit and meditate like this. We can also lie down, but most often… We only hear the external voice there. That is why we sit when we meditate, but these are not the conditions for us to become Buddha. Before you go to sleep, sit in bed for a few minutes, up to 10 or 20 minutes, as you wish. So, that means you’ve already finished your two and a half hours. And then sit in bed again, a little bit, and then concentrate here (on the Third Eye) with the Five (Holy) Names. And then, when you are already somewhat stable here, recline back slowly so that the whole night is used for meditation. Then you will be elevated to a very high world with the Master, to learn something. Therefore, every day, every day, you find yourself wiser, more loving and more understanding. And you don’t know where it comes from. This comes from learning in the higher level with the Master, in the evening.

Mostly in the evening, because your two and a half hours a day, that’s not enough. And of those two and a half hours, we mostly sleep for an hour and a half already. Or we wander all over Germany with our thoughts and are only at home for five minutes. And when we sleep – usually during our sleep – the Master lifts us up and then gives us the teaching above. But sometimes, when you come back into the body, you forget that. Or during that time our mind wasn’t even there. It could not be. Because the mind only belongs here, so you forget that when you come back. But within yourself, you always find more wisdom, more beauty, more virtue, more understanding, more tolerance, more love. And then you know that it is the success of our daily meditation. This is very important; don’t always just expect Light! If you become more loving every day, wiser every day, then you already know that you are successful. Because you have already digested this (inner Heavenly) Light and the (inner Heavenly) Sound. And this activates outwardly to have a better life, and to also benefit other people who are around us.

My God. I’m ashamed of my German, what can I say. You understand, but my “ego” is very hurt that I can’t speak a language properly. That does hurt my “ego,” but my “ego” belongs to you too. I no longer have any private property. What else can I tell you? Yes. Sometimes, when you are woken up during sleep by your partner, or your child, or something – sometimes, and then perhaps, in that moment, you discover that the Light is so bright. This is the Light that remains from the higher level from which you have just been pulled down. Then you know that the Master has pulled you up in your sleep after all. Otherwise, you don’t know much about it, not always, because we are like children who haven’t grown up yet. When a small child is perhaps taken into the presidential palace and is always asleep and says, “No, I wasn’t with the president, I didn’t see anything!” But the people in the presidential palace already know this child. Yes, they already know it, and later, when it comes alone, people welcome it. That is the most important thing.

So, I’m saying goodbye. OK? Or no? Are you going home? Have you eaten? No. Have we prepared anything for the people? Have we not? Are you going to make any food for these people? No? It’s afternoon after all. It’s lunch time. Maybe they have too much work and didn’t think about it. I am sorry. (May I have a blessed cookie, Master?) What? (Please give me a blessed cookie.)
