The Grace of the Ultimate Master, Part 2 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

The Grace of the Ultimate Master, Part 2 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

Everything I created, or everything to do with me has a lot of points. Just to look at it, just to look for five minutes, you have 50 points. Just looking and admiring it. So the thing is, you go outside and exhibit my stuff and all that, it helps a lot of people. I don’t have to do anything, they get help anyway. That’s how we help the world, you see? Whatever it is, if you remember the Master, you get points. And the rememberance brings you spiritual upliftment. I just talk in points, so that at least you can know the value of it. But of course, the merit is immense.

The Grace of the Ultimate Master, Part 1 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

You have to put priority, have to know what’s the most important thing. Now you know everything really helps. Very difficult to tell you what is what. Because you have to also be sincere, you know? For example, if you watch TV for one hour, you have like 2000 points. My TV, my video. Even my poems, listening to my poem, my songs, anything, or any of the things I say, jokes, whatever. Poetry even, 400 points for one song that you listen, suppose I sing it. If it puts your mind at rest a little bit, then you have points. Not because of the music, but because your mind is at rest, so the Master Power can pour in.

Being Alone Brings Concentration and Happiness, Part 3 of 3 April 4, 2019

Being Alone Brings Concentration and Happiness, Part 3 of 3 April 4, 2019

Not because I make a cave, so that I become a Buddha, or I become like an ascetic practitioner; it’s not. You just live according to your means, according to your situation, then you’ll have peace. Don’t try to force things, don’t try to be too much extraordinary, and then you will have no willpower anymore to deal with so many challenges in life. Just let it all be. I am very happy to have it, truly. I am not like punishing myself or doing it for ascetic reasons. Even if I do it to save merit, even then I’m very happy in it. When I go in there, and I work a lot already and come back, and if I can have time to crawl into my tent and be alone, zip it down, I feel, “Wow, such a blessing!” I really appreciate it very much.

Being Alone Brings Concentration and Happiness, Part 2 of 3 April 4, 2019

People are so pitiful. They have Buddha Nature, but they cannot recognize it. They have their own inner Heaven, but they cannot realize it. They roll in the dust all day all night, until they are so filthy and lost, and unable to think of anything. Go back to their place of work and earn their living. They’ll cause less harm and create less karma. The higher their position is and the more ignorant they are, the more people they can hurt. We have to try to make the best of our life in this world, as short as your life can be, very short.

Being Alone Brings Concentration and Happiness, Part 1 of 3 April 4, 2019

The more stuff we have, the more troublesome it becomes. We have to wipe and to clean it, and worry about it getting taken away by others; worry about thieves. If we have nothing, then we have nothing to worry about. If we have little and cherish what we have, it will be just the same as if we own a lot. We feel even happier than having more stuff. But of course, you must take care of your body; don’t abuse it; don’t let it get sick. However, we don’t need so much to make ourselves healthy and happy. On the contrary, having fewer things and being alone will give us less trouble; no arguments and no distractions. We can be very focused on meditation, or think about something that can help the world.

Buddhist Stories: The Nun Wonderful, Part 5 of 5 Sep. 04, 2015

Who wouldn’t? Even many, many eons passed, many lifetimes passed already, just one time, killed one baby, became Arhat already, all repentant, remorseful, suffered so much already, still had to bear that consequence. Nothing we can escape, free. Therefore really, karma really exists, even (if you) become Arhat. Some karma will be destroyed, but some will remain, so that you can continue to live on. Because that’s her fixed karma. Without this karma, she cannot live here. All of us, same. OK? Except the Master, who has to borrow karma from everybody. Not borrow, but have to bear everybody else’s bad karma. Therefore the Master will not suffer any karma, because it’s all done. The Buddha already had no more karma. But He still had to suffer here and there, because of thee bad karma of disciples.

Buddhist Stories: The Nun Wonderful, Part 4 of 5 Sep. 04, 2015

“Reverend mother, in the past life, what kind of sin did you commit so that in this lifetime, you suffer so much? Please, can you tell us, so that we can learn something?” “Because I did not know about the karma and the consequences of karma. Therefore, I wickedly killed the baby son and I swore as if nothing will happen. Therefore in this lifetime, I had to suffer that much, as exactly as what I have wished in my terrible oath.” “But what kind of good deeds have you done in a former life, so that in this lifetime you are fortunate to meet the Buddha, and even attain a liberating level of consciousness?” “Because I was so sincere and respectfully made offering to this saintly being. And then I vowed, I prayed to attain a high spiritual level like He did.” They’re two different things. Merit, you can enjoy; but sin, you must still pay, endure. Yes, that’s what it is.

Buddhist Stories: The Nun Wonderful, Part 3 of 5 Sep. 04, 2015

I don’t know what kind of terrible deeds I have done in the former life that in this lifetime, I had to encounter so many disasters, pain, sorrow and suffering thus. And I observed that probably hundreds, thousands, or millions of other same female sex like me, also married, and I think this is all like a yoke, on the female’s life. Like imprisonment. It’s only slavery, making your life more and more ignorant and suffering, because we don’t know a better life. We don’t recognize a more noble way of life, a better path to go. We do not know how to step up onto the true path to liberation, and the true path to know the reality, another, higher than this physical life.

Buddhist Stories: The Nun Wonderful, Part 2 of 5 Sep. 04, 2015

She wants us to be life after life transmigrated in a lowly level of consciousness and getting nowhere in spiritual elevation or enlightenment. I think we, all of us, should go to another bhiksuni, another nun, another high priestess. Her name is Vi Diệu, So the Bhiksuni Wonderful said to them, “So anything that has form and life, it is born out of sensual desire and sensual pleasure. Sexual desire is comparable to a big fire that is always burning within beings. And this fire is so violent, it could even burn away forests and trees and grasses and even stones, and even the whole immense universe.” “Anyone who has been captured tightly within this sexual desire, it is as if the enemies are already in your house. They are going to destroy your house, destroy your life. And this person, if indulging and following that desire will definitely be, not will be born but will be exiled into the three wicked ways, wicked paths.”

Buddhist Stories: The Nun Wonderful, Part 1 of 5 Sep. 04, 2015

Now, this is a story about a nun named Vi Diệu. Vi Diệu means very wonderful. One time the Buddha was in the country Xá Vệ (Sravasti). At this time, many of the nobles and rich families' daughters, came to the Buddha and became nuns together. One time, they talked to each other like this: "Although we have become nuns, and even though we have the title of Bhiksuni. But concerning the Buddha's teaching, we don't really understand a lot. So, we have not been able to drink the Buddha's ambrosia." They were thinking that their sensual desire and anger and arrogance from time immemorial has not been completely annihilated, nullified. "I think we have to go to the Thâu Lan Nan Đà (Sthulanda)," a great superior mother, nun.

The Great Benefit of Having Retreats, Part 2 of 2 April 10, 2019

The Great Benefit of Having Retreats, Part 2 of 2 April 10, 2019

You contributed during your retreat 6.1% together. Then it’s not bad already. Better than nothing. But I am grateful. 6.1%, that is multiplying to 731 million, for example. You know, this is a lot. It’s a lot of souls. Otherwise, they would have been still laying in the hell or somewhere else. Very good. So, retreat is good. They thank you also. They always appear and thank me after I do retreat or something intensive, or sometimes, when they are liberated somehow in connection with me. Finally, helping them to go up and be totally free, not just go to somewhere on the Fourth Level, Fifth Level, and stay there. But go up to Tim Qo Tu Land.

The Great Benefit of Having Retreats, Part 1 of 2 April 10, 2019

These are only for the dead people who suffer in hell or in some unfavorable realm. If difficult to take care, during retreat, can take care. So, all together, it’s about 731,114,123 souls. This also has some part of yours in it, so I could tell you, I guess. They’re automatically liberated during retreat. Not automatically, but, I mean, at that time, it’s easy to take them up. They all go to the New Land. I mean, New Spiritual Tim Qo Tu’s. “People who watched Supreme Master Television or Your videos, minimum three times is good enough; three minutes each time.” That’s enough already to get them up.

Ways to Gain Spiritual Merit, Part 4 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

Ways to Gain Spiritual Merit, Part 4 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

You just sit there, be available, don’t expect anything. Pray for grace before you meditate, and thank after. But do not thank after, just thank in between a little bit, and continue meditation, that would be the best. Now you are stronger already, do not sleep too much. If you have to, if you don’t feel well, you sleep. But if you meditate more like that, your body will be strong, your mind will be very, very, very tough, so, you know, even sickness cannot enter your body.

You gain more points all the time if you know how. Even if you don’t meditate well, there are many ways to gain spiritual merit. You read Master’s books, even picture, oh, a lot of merit, OK? Even picture, read magazine, read books, watch TV, just like seeing me, understand? Millions of points! Every time, all the time, if you do it 24 hours, anytime you can, you’ll be in the Fifth Level in no time! You just don’t utilize it. And you serve your brothers, sisters. You gain points from each other. You are each other’s treasure as well.

Ways to Gain Spiritual Merit, Part 2 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

So do not let your emotions on this earth cheat you. Whatever you experience here is mostly suffering, so you cannot imagine! So, you just want to go to the best level. But you will be safe already on the Third Level. Not that I encourage you to stay there, but if you cannot go any further, then just stay there for a while. And if you want to improve, you still can come back here, or you learn slowly with other Master, or I will dispatch a representative to go there to teach you. And then you will go also from there up to Fifth Level.

Ways to Gain Spiritual Merit, Part 1 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

Because, your IQ has gone up, together with your spiritual practice. The spiritual level opens up all the channels. Cleans all the clogs off inside your arteries or even physical veins, so it makes the blood even flow better and the information go better – everything is clearer. The higher you go, the clearer the channel, so you get more information, more correct instruction from the brain even. Otherwise, mostly the brain, even also smart, tells you what to do, but your hand’s clumsy. The clog over here, so only a little bit of info seeps through, and so you do only half good. The spiritual blockage also influences physical clearance.

Be Humble All the Time, Part 2 of 2 Mar. 17, 2019

Have more humility. You still have to pray all the time to Masters in the ten directions of the past, present and future to help us to break through quickly. And you still have to help whoever needs help. Helping others is the same as helping yourself. Have humility all the time. At any time, do not think we are great already. That’s how we can make progress. The ego is the biggest obstacle. Things are not so easy in this era. The more advanced the technology is, the more difficult for us to practice spiritually. So, in this age, we can only rely on God and Buddha to bless and help us. We cannot rely on ourselves too much. Of course, we try our best, but no matter how hard we try, there’s nothing to be arrogant about.

The dog knows nothing else but love. Because when you’re with animals, you just feel so lovely and you feel happy and you don’t want anything else. We could spend time with animals forever. They are so beautiful. They’re so pure. Thank you very much for coming to the retreat, benefitting yourselves, your countries and the world. Laugh more and your heart would be open. But please don’t laugh at the wrong time. Sometimes, when I was talking about something sad or not very funny, some people still laughed, Laugh at the right time. If you laughed at the wrong time, people would think that you have no sympathy, and wonder why you laughed when he said something woeful.

Buddhist Stories: Brahma Asks for Dharma, Part 4 of 4 Aug. 04, 2015

“And then the palaces in Heaven were also wavering, tossing and turning in Heaven.” Like moving around as if we have an earthquake here. Probably that is a Heavenly earthquake. We don’t know if Heaven also has earthquakes. When some Bodhisattva suffers so much, in order to search for the Truth for himself and all beings, then it touches all Heavens like that, so powerful. “And then many Heavenly beings looked down and see what was going on. And they were all very moved and they all flew down, and threw a lot of flowers to offer to this Bodhisattva, and were also crying because of this great compassionate heart, and so courageous, fearless.”

Buddhist Stories: Brahma Asks for Dharma, Part 3 of 4 Aug. 04, 2015

But the Buddha has never blamed the Sakra god or anyone who comes and ask for His suffering because He knows that will help Him to clean up whatever residue of karma and further push Him towards Buddhahood. These are helpers. The same with Devadatta; He has never blamed him, He has never hated him. His cousin who always tried to harm Him, life after life. But He has never blamed him. There are good and bad forces: good police, bad police; good guy, bad guy. And anything that tests our endurance is helping us to strengthen our spiritual endeavor, strengthen our faith in ourselves, make us more strong, more courageous.
