And now we have a heartline in Aulacese (Vietnamese), with multiple-language subtitles, from Quang Mạnh in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:
Beloved and Revered Supreme Master Ching Hai and respected Bodhisattvas of Supreme Master Television team, I once heard Master’s teaching: If it is difficult to concentrate, you can press your finger firmly on the wisdom eye or take a little warm oil and apply it to the wisdom eye. Many people asked, “If it is hard to meditate, what should we do?” I gave them a bottle of oil and told them to apply it to the wisdom eye or to press the wisdom eye with their finger, as Master taught. There was once a cancer patient, near death. She could not concentrate on reciting. I took “her finger” and pressed it on her wisdom eye, reminding her to recite. After that, she was able to concentrate and recite, and she expressed her gratitude.
I humbly request Master’s permission to replay those videos where You gave these instructions, so that many initiates may learn directly from You, and so that they will know how to assist those who are sick and unable to concentrate, helping them to more easily focus on reciting the Holy Names and the Gift. For myself, whenever I have difficulty concentrating, I press my fingernail strongly into the wisdom eye, and immediately it becomes easier to concentrate. When other initiates asked me, I repeated Your words exactly. I sincerely request Master and the Supreme Master Television team to replay those videos, so that fellow initiates may gain more practical experience in spiritual practice. I also wish to ask Master whether the way I am guiding those who have difficulty concentrating during Quan Yin meditation is wrong or not. I respectfully wish You good health and everlasting youth, and I also wish the brothers and sisters of Supreme Master Television happiness and good health. Quang Mạnh from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)
“Before you meditate, you pray to the inner Master to calm your mind. And recite the Holy Names for about half an hour, if nobody non-initiated is around you. And then use your finger or something, massage the wisdom eye like this or maybe with some oil – some scented oil or any massage oil. Like this, with your eyes closed, fine. For a while, and then you sit there and don’t think of anything except the Holy Names. You concentrate more on the Holy Names over here. And anytime your mind wanders or thinks all those chaotic thoughts, you bring it back to the focus.”
Considerate Quang Mạnh, Our appreciation for your note. Yes, in the video Master recommends that an initiate who has trouble concentrating could try pressing on her own wisdom eye and also apply oil and rub the wisdom eye. Thank you so much for your good wishes. May you and the elegant Aulacese (Vietnamese) people feel that the abundance of the Universe is always supporting you, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master has kindly answered your heartline: “Good-hearted Quang Mạnh, thank you for your good intentions in reminding fellow initiates that they can massage their own wisdom eye to help with concentrating during meditation. However, if you find that others misunderstand, then simply recommend watching the video instead of physically demonstrating the action. There is no need for gifts of oil or anything elaborate. Do not feel that your input is the most important, or that others should come to you for meditation guidance. There are many ways that initiates can receive support – there are Contact Persons, Saints who have meditated for many years, and each initiate has their own inner Master they can ask for direction. There are so many Master’s videos, and they can watch spiritual lectures on Supreme Master TV. Perhaps you should leave any advice-giving to others for now. May the Light of the Heavens shine endlessly on you and radiant Âu Lạc (Vietnam). Much Love to you!”
