Nutritionists say sorghum is a gluten-free ancient grain rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidant polyphenols that help stabilize blood sugar, support heart health, and reduce inflammation. With minerals like magnesium and iron, sorghum helps nourish active lifestyles. Enjoy it cooked, popped, or as porridge within a wholesome vegan diet (Cleveland Clinic)
Doctors say whole wheat offers powerful longevity benefits. Rich in fiber, protein, B vitamins, and minerals like magnesium and zinc, it supports heart health, stable blood sugar, and healthy digestion. Whole wheat also protects cells and reduces inflammation thanks to natural plant-based antioxidants. People in Sardinia [Italy] and Ikaria [Greece]— two of the world’s “Blue Zones” known for their exceptionally long lives—traditionally eat sourdough bread made from whole durum wheat, showing how simple grains can sustain lifelong wellness. Enjoy whole-grain bread/pasta daily as part of a balanced vegan diet for lasting energy and vitality (WebMD)

“She was made out of stars— the perception of a veil more than hair, and so there was something Mary-like.” American woman Rose shares how her near-death experience took her from terrifying darkness to a radiant encounter with a Being she calls the Great Mother.
Rose was exhausted by life. Working long days in the dark winter months, she began wondering if this was all life had to offer. The day after thinking, “If this is it, I don’t want it,” she fell ill with a fever and back pain. After visiting urgent care, she went home to rest— but grew worse. Late that night, she fainted, struck her head, and was rushed to the hospital. Doctors diagnosed her with sepsis infection and multi-organ failure. When Rose lost consciousness, she entered a realm unlike anything she had known.
“I heard, and I felt this clap. It was like if you took two boards and you just smacked them together. It was like I entered another space. It was a black background with neon pinstripe outlines. Like a grid like Tron, weirdly. Only it was hot pink, magenta, and black.” Rose quickly realized she was not alone. “This being perceived me enter the space and turned his attention toward me and evaluated me. And the outline of him was humanoid and giant. Ripped, like muscular. He had a tail… Ruthless, malevolent intelligence. Not anything I wanted to have its attention be on me.” The being examined her, deciding she was of no use, and dismissed her. Then Rose fell into another scene—a cave-like, brownish space surrounded by twisted, jeering creatures. “They were misshapen. Some of them had arms that had a couple of bends where they weren’t supposed to be. And they were taunting me and saying just terrible things. And they weren’t touching me at all. But it felt physical. It was agony! It was terrible. I didn’t know how to get out.” The torment felt endless, cycling again and again with no escape.
Finally, Rose got out somehow and found herself watching her own body in intensive care, not recognizing her own bloated, infected physical form. Then she saw a glimpse of Heaven—radiant, loving, and real beyond imagining. “And this is where it gets awesome to talk about, because the other side is amazing. It’s everything that you could possibly imagine and more, and you’re more. You are love, and your perfect self. There’s no comparison— that’s the real life, this is the dream.”
But the peace didn’t last. Rose slipped back into darkness, until an immense feminine Presence entered— a Being of Light and stars. “The entity that I encountered, my feeling is that she is the Great Mother. She was made out of stars— the perception of a veil more than hair, and so there was something Mary-like. She is strong medicine. She loves everything the same. She loves the tapeworm. She loves the plague. She loves you, she loves me.”
Rose said the Great Mother lifted her from torment, revealing that even the dark beings were part of Her— all of creation contained in love. “[We] went to another place, and it was so beautiful! We were standing on the edge of “everythingness,” and it was as though the infinity of creation was laid out in front of us. And she downloaded a ton of information to me. I encounter it now, where I will be listening to something, and I know when it’s true.”
After returning to her body, Rose could hear people’s thoughts and see the spirits of children playing in the hospital halls. Recovery was slow, and for months she battled PTSD [post-traumatic stress disorder] from the hellish worlds she had seen. Yet she emerged with new understanding. “I came back gentle. Gentle with me, above all. And I came back with this grounding and self-love that made me so much more gentle with everyone. Because you don’t realize: You think that if you’re nice to other people, that you can be mean to yourself. That’s hogwash! You have to be gentle here first and here first.”
Rose’s experience erased her fear of death and changed how she viewed existence. “I know we go on beyond this life now. I know we’re in a simulation of some kind. Are we in a simulation inside of something real, or is it all a simulation? I can’t tell you that. But we go on after we die.” (Shaman Oaks)
