That doesn’t really have to change much from a training standpoint.” “The most powerful driving force for a lot of people that I run into, to make the switch to go vegan, is seeing that it works better and faster. Once they try it, and they do it, and they get results faster than they ever have doing it any other way, they are like, ‘I am in. I can do this for life.’”

Lightly squeeze the grounded coconut flesh to extract the milk. There are many useful household products that can be made from the coconut shells such as bowls, lanterns, water ladles. They’re very sturdy and eco-friendly! In summer, using dried coconut leaves to build a roof for a house or temporary shelter can help residence keep very cool.
