In all the King’s policies, the peace and happiness of the citizens came first. The reason the King deeply emphathized with the citizens was that while as a crown prince, He was asked by His king father, to stay in the Long palace in the suburb so that he could live close to the people. Therefore, He understood very well their hard life and difficulties.
