The three hermits running upon the water, all gleaming white, their grey beards shining, and quickly approaching the ship. All three as with one voice, began to say: "We have forgotten your teaching, servant of God. Teach us again." The Bishop crossed himself, and leaning over the ship's side, said: "Your own prayer will reach the Lord, men of God. It is not for me to teach you. Pray for us sinners." Then the Bishop bowed low before the old men; and they turned and went back across the sea. And a light shone until daybreak on the spot where they were lost to sight.

Bettering Children’s Mental and Emotional Health Through A Wholesome Diet

Growing research reveals that the food we eat can also significantly influence how we feel emotionally and socially. Even a small, positive dietary change may thus improve a child’s cognitive functions and prevent or reduce behavioral health issues. The UK’s Mental Health Foundation refers to diet as an“underestimated” determinant of mental wellness. A healthy diet is significantly related to better emotional health, such as higher self-worth and fewer temperament issues. The findings further revealed that good relationships with parents and peers are associated with eating fruits and vegetables every day.

But yet he sees, he feels the incense is filled all over the ten directions. That’s why he feels it’s secret, private, for him only, but also everywhere. Because he’s already lifted up. So, conventional medicine has its uses, but to treat chronic ailments and give them a quality of life, that’s why it’s called integrative because I combine my conventional experience with my alternative treatments and that’s called integrating the two. The laser is also great for skin infections, really bad skin infections, arthritis, and pain, pain anywhere. Dr. Raj’s website states: “Like plants absorb sunlight through photosynthesis, cells in the body absorb laser energy that stimulates the body to release pain-relieving compounds and are energized to participate in the healing process.”

At that time, because of the power of the Buddha blessing, so he suddenly realized that all forms in this world are impermanent and made of dust only and then it will return to dust. Therefore, he became enlightened at that time. Fragrance-Adorned Bhiksu, told Buddha that, “‘I sat in a quiet corner of a pure dwelling. When I saw the bhiksus light sinking incense, the fragrant scent quietly entered my nostrils. I contemplated this fragrance: it did not come from the wood; it did not come from the emptiness; it did not come from the smoke, it did not come from the fire. There was no place where it came from and no place it went to. Because of this, my discriminating mind was dispelled, and I attained the absence of outflows.’”

There are two ways to avoid unpleasant outcomes: first, keep the Ten Commandments for the physical, and know God for the spiritual. If you know that God inside. Then, of course, Hes takes care of everything. And even if you have to go through some compensation, it will be minimized to the almost non-existent extent, or it might be like in a dream. There are dangers on the spiritual road as well as our worldly road. Therefore, we need a guide who has been traveling this road to lead us and to tell us where to avoid problems. If you follow all the instructions prescribed, we guarantee your safety back to the house of our Father.

“Awakening Through Art” – The 2nd International Artist Day Celebration in Mongolia, Part 3 of 6

You must have noticed that, Master is interested in our Concert. You’ve seen just now, how She appreciated the performances by the Morin Khuur Ensemble and Bayartsetseg, who sang Her beautiful song. So, we hope that She will enjoy our next performance as well. Because as I heard, the throat singing, which is underappreciated by us but admired by the world, was highly regarded by Master. We really hope that the Supreme Master will enjoy the next performance, because the next performance originates from the western part of Mongolia and this very unique singing is called “overtone singing” or “dual tonal singing,” literally known as throat singing. In fact, one performer can produce two musical tunes simultaneously.

Philip Wollen – The Venture Capitalist for Noble Causes, Part 1 of 4

Born in 1950, Mr. Wollen descended from a distinguished British family that had settled in India for generations. He traversed the highest reaches of financial success and power, yet gave them all up to follow the path of kindness. He is indeed one of the brightest beacons of light in the history of 21st century environmental protection and humanitarianism. “We’re running out of time. We need to focus very, very strongly on the vegan movement, because that is the enchanted key. Without veganism, nothing is going to happen. It is the only way out of this room, and the sooner we wake up to that obvious fact, the better. ”

“‘His wonderful sound was both secret and all-pervasive. It was through sound that I became an Arhat.’” “‘As I have been certified to it, sound is the superior means.’” “‘I learned to contemplate the appearance of impurity until I grew to loathe it and came to understand that the nature of all form is unclean. Bare bones and subtle dust all return to emptiness, and so both emptiness and form are done away with. With this realization, I accomplished the Path Beyond Learning. The Thus Come One certified me and named me Upanished. The object of form came to an end, and wonderful form was both secret and all-pervasive. Thus, it was through the appearance of form that I became an Arhat. The Buddha asks us about perfect penetration. As I have been certified to it, form is the superior means.’”

The Buddha asked them, “‘Which method has brought you enlightenment to begin with?’” So, one by one, they will tell the Buddha now. Not all Quan Yin method. Actually, when the Buddha was alive, He taught quite a few methods. And Patanjali, one of the great Indian Masters, also taught His disciples quite different methods. Oh, a lot of them, a lot of them. But we don’t need all that; it’s too confusing for you. And it’s not so guaranteed; it’s not so easy for busy life like today. And also because nowadays we are very, very much contaminated by so many things and so distracted. Therefore, Quan Yin Method is easier for all of you.

Fill Life with Love and Wonder, Part 2 of 3 May 18 , 1999, Bulgaria

In our practicing group, we have all kinds of nationalities, all kinds of religious believers, but we work together in peace and harmony, as if we have known each other for thousands of years, the instant we see each other for the first time. Why? It is because we speak the same inner language, and we understand each other at the level of higher consciousness. This (inner) Heavenly Music we can hear now while we are living, so that we can understand what God wants to teach us, what is the instruction from Heaven, what is God’s will, so that we cannot go wrong in this world. And then we will live our lives more in harmony with the mandate of Heaven.
