The Venerated Guru Nanak: An Embodiment of Divine Light, Part 1 of 2

Guru Nanak was the first of 10 Sikh Gurus, whose divine teachings comprise the Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh holy scriptures, along with wise hymns from many Hindu and Muslim holy men. According to Their teachings, the Sikhs must carry out their duties to family and society through honest labor, sharing food with others, meditation, and charity. Today, Sikhs around the world celebrate the first Sikh Guru’s life through the Guru Nanak Gurpurab. This sacred holiday occurs every full moon day of Katak, the eighth month in the Nanakshahi calendar. This is thought by many to be the time that Guru Nanak came into this world.

The pranic state is what is happening in me; for this reason,I can fell free also with that. When you are in pranic consciousness, it doesn’t matter if you are consuming something or not. Organs are working in but in a different way, more subtly. 「All the」organs are like one organ; everything is one organ. All your movements are all the cosmos making something. And it’s so amazing, this sensation. Because when you move that, it’s like everything is moving with you.

If you encourage them to do those small things, to obtain those small blessed rewards, it’s only harming them. No matter how great the merit is, it will be used up someday. The material aspects are not that important. “The Old Lady Who Sold Poverty“: One time, the reverend Katyayana went to a country named Avanti. Supreme Master Ching Hai reminds us to live a meaningful Saint’s life with purity and compassion. She shares the art of cooking vegan cuisine: "We will teach you also how to cook vegetarian (vegan), how to make nutrition for yourself. Nowadays, there are all kinds of nutritious protein, even more nutritious than meat protein and less disease. This is a very simple breakfast. Like grandma used to have. Mostly you have to eat this immediately after you toast the bread. You have to eat it immediately because at that time toast is still warm and crunchy. That’s when it tastes the best. I hope you enjoy this simple English breakfast."

Fried Vegan Fish & Sour Soup

Fried Vegan Fish & Sour Soup

Today we’re going to have some just simple fried vegan fish and sour soup; they’re very simple. Then you can eat it with the steamed vegan fish, or you fry the fish and then later you just pour the sauce on top, and that’d be fine. It’s very simple. Wow, it’s boiled already! Okay now, we have to put this vegetable inside to cook. Also tomatoes… put it in. Then, we put a little juice to make it sweeter. And I have prepared coriander, spring onions, together with the fishwort herbs to put it inside, and 1 lemon. I’m going to put the lemon juice inside to make it sour.

Stir Fried Potatoes & Peppered Vegan Meat with Sweet Potatoes

00:28:14

Stir Fried Potatoes & Peppered Vegan Meat with Sweet Potatoes

...potatoes, a little red onions, and some leek. We should let the potato cook first. Then you put in a little salt, a little Mggi, or soy sauce, seasoning. Put a little bit more water, apple juice. Stir it up so that the seasoning penetrates into the food that you are cooking. This is sweet potato. Stir up occasionally, and then after five minutes you can stir in the peppered vegan meat. You can put a little bit of seasoning, Maggi, the thick soya sauce, and stir it well, so that it will penetrate every piece of the vegan meat and the sweet potatoes. I love this kind of simple life that doesn't cost the Earth too much.

Victor Truviano – Breathing in Life, Part 2 of 2

Breatharianism is like knowledge in the body, but pranic state is like wisdom in the cosmos through the presence in your body. Pranic state is Babaji State, is “silence in the silence,” and id something more deep and in wisdom. It’s like the cosmos can speak through you. We are here not only for eating. We are here not only for working. It’d not natural to eat three or four times in the day. It’s not natural to work eight, 10,18hours per day. So, if we are coming to the essence, it’s very easy to see very clear, everything.

Anything for peace is worthy to pay, and then it'd be done. Have to put down the pride, both sides, and really concentrate on the welfare, development, peace, and prosperity of their own people. So everyone does want world peace. You see Cote d'lvoire is already at peace. South Africa at peace. Serbia and...(Kosovo). Bahrain, Yemen already no war. (And Sudan and South Sudan). Peace between China and United States. We see it too, happening. We pray that day will come soon. It will be done. Has to be done.
