The main ingredients of the sweet and sour sautéed vegan protein are vegan protein, mushroom extract sauce, fresh pineapple, tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, and sweet and sour sauce. The vegan protein can be tofu, tofu skin, or any vegan protein you like. You can also buy the ready-made vegan protein and sweet and sour sauce.
