Vegan Pork and Mushroom Soup

The one we have prepared is mushroom, coriander, and the vegan pork. All you need is mushroom seasoning, soya sauce, some oil, and some juice. This one I use mixed juice, and a cube of vegan broth and some water. Now you put some water, just you can add in the bouillon already into the water. And put some mushroom seasoning, a little soya sauce. And two tablespoons of oil, and also a quarter cup of juice. And now, the water boiled already, I also put coriander in together so that the flavor will soak into the food. Now we just leave it there, cover it. Stir it up evenly, let the water cover it, just nicely covered. So we let it simmer for a while. You let it simmer, low heat, and for maybe ten minutes, that should be fine.

Supreme Master Ching Hai demonstrates a few simple and aesthetically appetizing dishes that can be cooked within minutes. “Water Spinach Stew“: Salty water to soak the vegetables, and rinse it three times. Put water half of the wok, half a teaspoon salt in the water. Make water boil, put the spinach in. After it boiled, put some sesame oil in it. ”Smoked Tofu in Coconut Sauce”: Cut Tofu into thumb size. Put a little oil in hot pan, put tofu inside to fry. Fry a little until it is golden. Put the tick Soya sauce, Soya sauce, a little coconut milk. Cover it on low heat.

This kind is home cooking. Cut the tofu, vegan ham and pumpkin into cubes. If you don’t have any machine, chop the peanuts with the back of a knife. Put one tablespoon of vegan butter in the pan, put in tofu, vegan ham and stir fry a little bit. Put in pumpkin, peanuts and one bowl of water, cook boil and simmer until the pumpkin is soft. Put in one cube of vegetable broth, a little pepper, two or three tablespoon of Maggi depends on your taste. If you like, when it’s almost cooked, put in two tablespoons powder to thicken the broth.

This, anybody can cook; even children can cook it, very easy. The main point is not to elaborate too much in my cooking style. So this is for busy people. Just the main point is to have enough nutrition.

You can put a little bit of seasoning, Maggi, the thick soya sauce, and stir it well, so that it will penetrate every piece of the vegan meat and the sweet potatoes. I love this kind of simple life that doesn't cost the Earth too much.

Then you can eat it with the steamed vegan fish, or you fry the fish and then later you just pour the sauce on top, and that’d be fine. It’s very simple. Wow, it’s boiled already! Okay now, we have to put this vegetable inside to cook. Also tomatoes… put it in. Then, we put a little juice to make it sweeter. And I have prepared coriander, spring onions, together with the fishwort herbs to put it inside, and 1 lemon. I’m going to put the lemon juice inside to make it sour.
