The Surangama Sutra: The Four Clear and Unalterable Instructions on Purity - Refrain from Stealing and Lying, Part 6 of 7, Dec. 23, 2018

Be spontaneous, be a child. "Except you become a child, you cannot enter the Kingdom of God." What is Kingdom of God? It is this blissfulness that you feel inside, the happiness, the childlike innocence, fearless. Only love and happiness, that is a child, the Kingdom of childhood. Kids, they don't fear anything, they're always happy. I'll tell you one story. When sometimes, When your mind is pure, you perceive things around you and other times you don't.

New Buddhas are Born, Part 4 of 4, Feb. 24-25, 2005

Of course, maybe sometimes you have come to the Forth Level or Fifth Level, but you would not really understand it. And it’s good that you don’t feel it. It’s better for your ego. All of you, are Third Level and above, but maybe you don’t even feel much. But that’s all right. But you know that you have changed. As long as your life becomes purer, you become more and more selfless, more and more tolerant, more and more “don’t care”, then you know that you evolved. And the more you evolve, the more you have seen your own problem, not other people’s problem. And you become more humble.

He further said to the Buddha, “World Honored one, good men or good women in the future may keep this sutra and an image of the Bodhisattva where they live. Further, they may recite the sutra and make offerings to the Bodhisattva. For those who do that, I shall constantly use my own spiritual powers to guard and protect them day and night, so that nothing bad happens to them including floods, fire, robbery and theft, major disasters and minor accidents.” If they have the Bodhisattva image in their home, the Earth Spirit will protect that home.

From the Original Universe to Our World: True Love Never Changes, Part 9 of 10, May 29, 2014

At the center of the OU that radiates love in all directions, to keep all the Beings there blissful, happy, and contented. Does the Shadow Universe have anything like the OU’ s vortex? Yes, It has, it’s just less power, Just a copy one but still powerful. It’s also powerful enough to uplift all beings and enlighten them. The souls in the Original Universe are pure. Original. Original, uncontaminated. But many of the so-called souls in the Shadow Universe are contaminated and of lesser quality. The "Tim Qo Tu" doesn't just mean "all worlds' beloved Lord," but also means "the Lord who loves all worlds."

Equanimity Of The Buddha: The Story of Ni Đề, Part 3 of 4, Aug. 11, 2015

So humble, so humble, and she meditates 10, 12 hours, 6 hours at least per day. And she plants her own vegetables to eat, she never buys outside anymore because she said she cannot swallow and cannot digest otherwise. Became so sensitive after meditation too long. The more you meditate, the more humble you become. You realize who you are and who your Master is and how the teaching helps you, then you’ll be more humble, humble, very humble! So, being humble doesn’t mean you lower yourself. No, it’s not like that. The culture teaches differently outside. In spiritual practice you don’t do that. Because it’s just natural that you become more humble.

The Story of Creation, Part 4 of 4 Feb. 26, 2005

You will feel absolutely blissful, I promise! Even now, sometimes you sit in meditation, you have just a moment’s glimpse of the World that you have attained, even Third World, you feel, “Oh, so good!” You don’t want to get out of it already. Not to talk about the Fifth Level: Your soul is enjoying immensely, vastly, hugely, never even thinking of any other God beyond that. You’ll feel complete. You’ll feel like you are God! You will feel that way. And that is what it means by being “one with God.”

Equanimity Of The Buddha: The Story of Ni Đề, Part 4 of 4, Aug. 11, 2015

“Everyone, every person in the world, doesn’t matter if he’s noble or lowly, rich or poor, all of that is because of their karma in the past. You sow the good karma or wicked karma. The person who are very humane and moral, humble, respect the superior, and tolerant to the lower subordinate, these are noble.” He means all this nobility lineage, richness and all that is not really a noble lineage. The person who is such and such is really from noble lineage, really can be called noble person, aristocrat. “Anyone who is wicked and violent, or stubborn, rude, impolite, or very arrogant, doesn’t know which is right, which is wrong, that is the lowly person, stupid, idiot.”

Buddhist Stories: The Story of Khuda, Part 3 of 7, Aug. 24, 2015

“You cannot even imagine how many lifetimes I’ve had, and how many lives I’ve died, how many lives I was born. But I have not done anything good with the bodies that I had, through my life and through my death. So if this time, today, I could use my skin to help you and many other people, then that’s the best thing. That makes me very happy. I, myself, sincerely sacrifice this skin and the fur to save many lives. May my merit be shared among all beings so that they will be able to be liberated, and stay away from the birth and death and all the suffering, and then they will go to Nirvana.”

The Supreme Grace of God Revealed, Part 5 of 5, Feb. 25, 2005

Enjoy what you are. Enjoy what you have. It’s very beautiful what you are, whatever you are is beautiful. We are spiritual practitioners! We are not here for fame and name or profit even anymore. Even spiritual profit, it’s just the grace of God! The greater your position, the more responsibility. Don’t just look at the glory side, look at the other side as well. Just practice meditation. At least you know I’ll take you to the Fifth Level, for sure. If not now, then slowly. I mean, at least I am capable of taking you there.

Yes, I donated a lot (spiritual merit). And if it’s allowed, I would donate more. But even then, I don’t need to. Because all the power I brought down from the higher world will be assimilated, distributed, assimilated slowly. And the world will better (improve). Otherwise, it would have been worse. But we don’t feel attached anyway. Whatever happens, it’s fine. But right now, the screening is that people who have bad karma (retribution) in something will be screened out. Through different means. Still, still, but less than before. Less intense than before. Less often.

The Surangama Sutra: The Four Clear and Unalterable Instructions on Purity - Refrain from Stealing and Lying, Part 5 of 7, Dec. 23, 2018

That’s the most heinous lie of all, that you say you attained Buddhahood, but you have not. Meaning deceiving other beings, and then the other beings, they follow you, they also fall into the same pit. That is why it is so bad. This is the worst lie you can commit, because you lead other beings into the false views with you too, believing in your power, when you don’t have it. So, if you go to hell, they will have to go with you, because you deceived them. Also, deprived them from a chance to meet a real living Buddha, and that’s why it’s the worst sin you can commit, the worst lie ever. In Buddhism, they say it’s the greatest lie that you can commit, unredeemable.

So, being a monk or nun also has a very good advantage; you train yourself in some discipline. It’s a very noble kind of lifestyle, very frugal, very humble, but high living, high thinking, high enlightenment. And now, even if these monks and nuns may not study with me or something, when I see monks and nuns outside, when I pass by in the airport or outside, I always make offering and always make obeisance to them, because I respect their ideal. Not their body, but their ideal, their goal, the noble aspiration, I respect that.

And our free thing in life is, we can give to others. We can love. We can share spiritual news, spiritual merit, spiritual energy. Wherever you are, if you are happy, it’s fine. I still love you anyway. No matter what you do, I still help you the best I can. It doesn’t matter. When you die, you’ll know. You know who is your really loved friend, who really loves you. You all have three new Quan-Yin messengers. They are Fifth Level.

Buddhist Stories: Brahma Asks for Dharma, Part 1 of 4 Aug. 04, 2015

Because the Brahma King knew very well that Buddha really did not want to stay on this planet. The beings here were so stubborn, so covered with ignorance and wrong concepts, so very difficult to teach. So, He just looked around in the whole world and feeling that it was a waste of time so He wanted to go, truly go to Nirvana. So after the Brahma God came down and begged Him to stay already, He still said the same thing. Remember? So, the Brahma continued to persist, persist. “Remember, remember, remember You did that. Remember You did this, just for one stanza, just for one sentence of Truth. And now You’ve already attained Buddhahood, why do You want to leave? Why You don’t remember why You sacrificed?” So, he kept continuing telling similar stories.

Everything is around me. I think it’s a very simple life and very beautiful. I feel more relaxed, more peaceful in this kind of environment, in this kind of arrangement. I don’t know how about you. I just hope that they let me stay long. Because up to now, it’s so difficult for me to live a simple life. Because if you have a big house, you have to take care. Even if you don’t take care, you have to have personnel to take care for you. And then you have to take care of the personnel which is the more difficult part than cleaning.

Buddhist Stories: The Names of the Buddhas and the Merit and Virtue of Giving, Part 4 of 7, Aug. 11, 2015

In the future, good men or good women may plant good roots in the Buddha Dharma by giving, making offerings, repairing stupas or monasteries, rebinding sutras or doing other good deeds amounting to no more than a strand of hair, a mote of dust, a grain of sand or a drop of water. Merely by transferring the merit from such deeds to Dharma Realm, those people’s meritorious virtues will enable them to enjoy superior and wonderful bliss for hundreds of thousands of lives. If they dedicate the merit only to their immediate or extended family, or to their own personal benefit, then the rewards received will be only three lives of happiness. By giving up one, a 10,000 reward is obtained.

A Bodhisattva Mahasattva named Contemplator of the World's Sounds arose from his seat. And in the assembly knelt on both knees and with palms together said to the Buddha, “World Honored One, Earth Store Bodhisattva Mahasattva is replete with great compassion and pities beings who are suffering for their offenses. In thousands of millions of worlds, He creates thousands of millions of transformation bodies through the strength of His meritorious virtues and inconceivable awesome spiritual strength. I have heard the World Honored One and the numberless Buddhas of the Ten Directions praise the Earth Store Bodhisattva, unanimously agreeing that even if all the Buddhas of the past, present and the future were to speak of His meritorious qualities, they could never finish describing them.”

The Surangama Sutra: Twenty-Five Means to Enlightenment, Session Two, Part 4 of 6 April 5, 2019

"'So the Buddha took pity on my stupidity and taught me to relax and regulate my breath.'" "'I contemplated my breath thoroughly to the subtle point, in which, arising, dwelling, change, and extinction happen in every ksana.'" "'My mind suddenly attained vast non-obstruction, until my outflows were extinguished and I accomplished Arhatship. Beneath the Buddha's seat I was sealed and certified as being beyond learning.'" "'And the Buddha asks us about perfect penetration. As I have been certified to it, turning the breath back to emptiness is the foremost method.'" The Buddha said 84,000 methods. So, the Buddha taught him this breathing method. But it is not the normal-like breathing that you get enlightenment; it’s not. Have to turn it back to the emptiness. There is no more breath at all that exists. Before the breath even comes, that’s the original emptiness.

It’s so difficult to discern between a ghost and a Buddha or a Saint, because the Saint, normally, They don’t even use any power, don’t predict much. Even just to want to know past lives, you’ll be in trouble too. There was one Master in Korea a long time ago, He didn’t teach much to his disciples. He said, "Whatever happens or turbulence goes into your mind, you just say, ’Don’t know.’ " He wanted to break all of the trains of thought of his disciples, which was also maybe helpful. But don’t just “don’t know” anything, all right? You know you should be good, keep the precepts, meditate, eat vegan.

Many people, because of that, became more diligent in their practice so they attained Srota-apanna, Sakrdagamin, Anagamin, Arhat, etc., different levels of consciousness, because of that story alone. Even though it's a bad story, negative story, but it wakes people up and touches their hearts, so their hearts become more open, more compassionate. And then their mind and their spirit become more diligent, understand why they have to practice, why they have to be good.
