Throughout the millennia, philosophers and enlightened Masters have told us that what we see is not real, but simply an illusion. Plato explained that humans are forever bound by their physical sensory perceptions, misinterpreting these as reality. To understand reality, we must step outside of the prison built by our physical senses, by turning our attention inward and raising our level of consciousness.
