In today’s news, our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) presents Shining World Compassion Award to French animal-people rights organization, Europe blighted by extreme weather events in 2022, United Nations Security Council condemns Taliban restrictions on women in Afghanistan, software provides insights into world’s water systems, British family continues celebrated centenarian’s legacy of performing everyday acts of kindness, Japanese businesses start using plant-based leather, and relocated bear-person in United States travels 1,600 kilometers to return to her favorite habitat.

I've got a health tip for you today. Here is how to make a nasal rinse using saline solution. Pour one cup (250 ml) of tap water into a pot, place the lid on, and boil for 15 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and allow it to cool until the water reaches room temperature. Add 0.5 teaspoons (2.5 grams) of salt and 0.5 teaspoons (2.5 grams) of baking soda and stir it well to dissolve. Carefully, pour the mixture from the pan into a bottle or jar and put the lid on. Set the liquid in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours. If you wish to make a sterile solution consisting of longer-lasting saline without boiling water, use distilled water that can be bought from the majority of drug and grocery stores. This is an easier and faster process. Stir in eight teaspoons (40 grams) of salt into 3.8 liters of distilled water. You can also mix three teaspoons (15 grams) of salt into 1.5 liters of distilled water. Place the solution in the refrigerator and use it within one month.

We have just poured the following joke out of the giggle blender, so let's check it out. This one's called, “Coffee or Tea?”

Two hospital patients are talking during lunch...

“Oh dear, this coffee is so bad, I can’t even drink it.”

“I don’t think it is coffee. I think it’s tea.”

While they were debating who was right, the nurse came inside the room…

“Anyone want more soup?”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Siegfried in Germany:

Greetings and gratitude to dear Master, and all the dear ones who work day and night and unceasingly for Supreme Master TV to establish and spread peace, love, compassion and kindness, along with dear Master Ching Hai’s message of Light and Love, like wonderful and miraculous seeds all over this planet so we will witness their sprouting in every corner of this beautiful and lovely planet Earth. I am grateful for all of our Beloved Master’s and your efforts. I hope and wish that peace and kindness encompass this entire planet right now and at this moment and that all its inhabitants live in peace. In the hope of that moment, Siegfried from Germany

Eloquent Siegfried, Your words paint a picture of a world that is beautiful, abundant, compassionate, and kind. We thank you for your buoyant heartline. May you and the considerate German people always know Divine Love, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. We are pleased to relay Master’s happy reply to you: “Cultivated Siegfried, thank you for expressing such motivating insights. We must all continue to work diligently and meditate more to ensure that all these seeds and seedlings are nurtured by God’s loving energy to grow strong and fast. Much Love and may you and charming Germany see your hopes for a bright future come to pass. Amen.”
