In today’s news, United Kingdom’s demining support transforms Cambodian communities, international research team reveals banana farmers face challenges due to climate change, scientists from South Korea and United States create artificial intelligence tool that converts text and images into music, buildings in Europe become rechargeable power banks through revolutionary cement battery, single mother in South Africa with visual impairments and her four children given new home, vegan products from United States win awards at restaurant industry association program in Chicago, and China’s Yangtze River shows improved biodiversity after a 10-year fishing ban four years ago.

The best way to look after your skin is an organic vegan lifestyle. Today I would like to share a health tip with you. Hyperhidrosis is a condition where your hands and feet sweat excessively. A traditional Vietnamese remedy using Piper lolot (lá lốt) leaves can help. These leaves contain warming properties that assist in regulating body moisture and naturally decrease sweat production by balancing the sweat glands. To treat hyperhidrosis, start by thoroughly washing fresh Piper lolot leaves, including any stems and roots. Boil these in 1.5 to 2 liters of water with a pinch of coarse salt for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Once cool enough, immerse your hands and feet in it for 15 to 20 minutes each night prior to bed. Repeat these steps for a week to see noticeable results of dryer hands and feet. If this leaf is too difficult to find, you can also use sage leaves that contain tannic acid, which constricts sweat glands and decreases perspiration. Reap sage’s health benefits by taking sage tablets and pills, or drinking sage tea. To prepare sage tea, boil 3 grams (3 teaspoons) of sage leaves in 1 liter of water, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then it will be ready to consume as a lukewarm beverage or used in a foot bath.

It will be more fun to perform your daily tasks with some laughter, and here comes the joke of the day. It’s entitled “Lost in the Interface.”

Computers are great for modernizing the world, putting information at our fingertips, and keeping Daniel, the computer support technician, busy answering odd customer questions:

“OK, ma’am, next please click on the My Computer icon on the left side of the screen.”

“Do you mean your left or mine?”

!?

And now we have a heartline from Lauren in the Netherlands
