And now we have a heartline in Mandarin Chinese, with multiple-language subtitles, from Cai-Lian in China:
Hallo, Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai and viewers of Supreme Master TV!
I’m grateful to Master for bestowing boundless and infinite Love upon all beings on Earth over the years! Today, I’d like to share a story about how I peacefully coexist with a mouse-person. In the rooftop storage area of my home lives an elegant elderly mouse-person, who, from time to time, used to leave his black “bombs” on my terrace, on the stove, table corners, chairs, and even inside the indoor wardrobes. Even though I was upset about his crossing of boundaries, in the spirit of “whoever comes is a guest,” I still put some nuts, fruit, and clean water on a small dining table that once belonged to my deceased dog baby to entertain him. I spoke to him nicely and asked him not to cross the line, hoping we could do our best to coexist harmoniously. I also added several new devices at home to play Supreme Master TV 24/7.
One time, he secretly sneaked inside again and stuck one of his black little bombs on the frame of my son’s childhood drawing, titled “Group Meditation.” With his special language, he conveyed to me that the reason why he stayed at my home was because he wanted to join us for Quan Yin group meditation! In the drawing, the fish-, dog-, cat-, snake-persons, and humans sit quietly together in group meditation. Their faces are adorned with smiles of Dharma joy, and on some faces flow tears of longing for God. After that unconventional “communication,” I came to understand and respect this small-sized neighbor even more, and he left fewer and fewer black little bombs behind. Not long after, they were no longer seen at all, and he stopped entering our indoor space. He loves fruit, and he used to always pick the best and ripest fruit I put on my terrace to eat. But now he’s polite and eats only the food I prepare for him. No matter how fragrant, sweet, and delicious the foods in other places are, he doesn’t touch them anymore.
I hope more humans on Earth will awaken and realize that mouse-people, just like us, are beloved children of God and have the right to preserve their sacred lives too. By treating mouse-people with love and living in harmony with them, without using violence to drive them away, one can maintain a clean home environment. Cai-Lian from China
Supportive Cai-Lian, What a wonderful relationship you have developed with your tiny mouse house-guest. Thanks for your uplifting story.
Master has this loving reply for you: “Clear-sighted Cai-Lian, for sure, all God’s creations are here as part of the Divine loving plan, and we can learn so much from each other. Thanks for your caring response to the mouse-person’s needs. It is best that we embrace who and what life brings us with love and surround ourselves with Light, following the Will of the Almighty. May Heavens’ Grace fill you, your mouse friend, and the benevolent Chinese people with abundant Blessing and wellness. Lots of Love to you, your family, and the little mouse-person.”
