Milarepa sang: ”To avoid fear and regret at the time of dying, To escape the fatal chasm of Samsara, One should conquer the enemy-desire. Remember always transiency and death, And ever meditate in solitude…” Let us be inspired by Tibetan Buddhism’s wisdom. The teachings of Tibetan Buddhism put a focus on the awareness of death and the ephemeral nature of life, leading to diligence in meditation and spiritual practice. “You should not cling to the formality of virtuous deeds.
