Clean energy project inaugurated by Saudi Arabia for Syrian refugees in Jordan.

The US$9.2 million endeavor to build a green energy electricity network, for the 54,000 Syrian refugees in the Azraq camp in Jordan, was initiated by the state agency the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD). It is being done in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). A world first, this project aims to provide clean energy for free to the vulnerable people housed in 10,000 shelters. An additional US$3 million from SFD will be used to provide healthcare services for more than 37,000 of the camp residents. Through SFD, Saudi Arabia has contributed US$300 million to benefit Syrian refugees and host governments, as well as donated US$78 million to UNHCR for 17 different projects. Saudi Arabia is a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, a Shining World Leadership Award for Peace and a Shining World Leadership for Loving Care Award. A high salute, Saudi Arabia, for your outstanding philanthropy that is also saving the environment, and UNHCR, for your long-standing work serving humanity. May the Syrian people living in these camps soon find permanent homes, in Allah’s merciful upliftment.

Brilliant physicist’s theory on black holes observationally validated.

In the 1970s, the late renowned British physicist Dr. Stephen Hawking developed a theory that a black hole’s surface area increases over time as things enter it. Now, 50 years later, scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Cornell University in the United States have published a study that apparently proves the theory correct. The researchers were able to analyze gravitational waves before and after the collision of two black holes that created a new one, whose surface area was larger than the two initial black holes combined, affirming Dr. Hawking’s theory. Still, the lead author of the study, Dr. Maximiliano Isi, noted a need for continued testing as there may be different kinds of black holes. Congratulations, MIT and Cornell University scientists, on your fascinating discovery. May research continue revealing the mysteries of this glorious Universe, in Divine wisdom.

Good day, compassionate friends! I’m Sharon the vegan Sparrow. Guess how old I am. You can’t. I look half my age, because I’m vegan. Here is a good tip on how to make a do-it-yourself natural remedy for insect bites. You will need a 10- milliliter glass aromatherapy roll-on bottle, a small funnel, pure witch hazel, along with lavender and tea tree essential oils. To begin, use the small funnel to pour the witch hazel into the glass bottle. Add in 3 drops of lavender essential oil, followed by 2 drops of tea tree oil, then place the top back on the bottle. Be sure to shake the bottle well prior to use. As soon as you notice a mosquito has landed on you or you have symptoms of itchiness, apply the roll-on. Try not to scratch the area as it will get more irritated and inflamed. If you are able to refrain from scratching yourself while the natural remedy is working, the area should feel better after approximately 15 minutes. Thank you for your attention and lots of love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Now, the worldwide weather.

Conservationists work in Rhine wetlands to protect six endangered species.

The €1.2 million cross-border Ramsar Biodiversity initiative, half of which is funded by the European Union, aims to save the severely declining wildlife in the wetlands between Germany and France. The owl of Athena, common tern, Bechstein’s bat, European tree frog, northern lapwing and water rail are the six selected species for the Ramsar Biodiversity project. In the Alsace region, the owl of Athena has grown to 700 pairs from 150 in the 1990s, due to conservation volunteers’ efforts of growing fruit trees and building nesting boxes. Scientists estimate that since 1990, almost 64% of the world’s wetlands have ceased to exist. The European Union is a recipient of four Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Earth Protection; as well as a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care and True Caring. Our appreciation, European Union, environmentalists, conservation organizations and volunteers, for your benevolent service. May our beautiful planet continue to flourish, in Heaven’s infinite protection.

Turkey endeavors to reduce sugar in foods to curb obesity.

The Turkish Health Ministry, in partnership with the Federation of the Food and Drink Industry Associations of Turkey (TGDF), recently released the “Sugar Reduction Guide,” to assist food producers in gradually decreasing the sugar content in products such as breakfast cereals, sweet sauces, drinks and chocolate by a minimum of 10% by 2025. Since the pandemic’s start, the nation has seen its obesity rate increase, due to a lack of physical activity from people having to stay indoors. The new guidelines will thus help to lower the country’s sugar intake, which has been linked to diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease and more. Turkey is a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion recipient, and a laureate of five Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Shining World Leadership Awards for Protection and Good Governance. What a great idea, Turkish Health Ministry and TGDF, to improve the health of the citizens of Turkey by decreasing the sugar in foods. In the blessings of Allah, may the people of your welcoming nation enjoy the best of health and vitality.

Double leg amputee from the United States scales Mount Kilimanjaro.

Mandy Horvath recently became the first female bilateral amputee to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Ms. Horvath trekked through glaciers, deserts and rainforests to arrive at the peak, which is over 5,700 meters above sea level. She explained her method of ascending, saying, “On top of just crawling with my arms, basically the way I do this is by lifting my entire body weight and swinging,” The courageous woman further stated, “Whether you believe you can or think you can, or not, you’re probably right.” After resting from her recent adventure, she plans more challenges in the future. Inspirational Mandy Horvath, congratulations on your remarkable feat of strength, bravery and endurance. In God’s abiding grace, may your life be filled with the joy of inner peace as you express Hiers miracles through your life and determination.

And now we have a heartline from Vân Thanh in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam:

Dear Master, In December 2020, on Supreme Master Television, I saw a clip showing a vegan girl who saved a lamb. I was so happy and touched. I think that when humans understand that animal killing is against morality and the natural law, as well as damaging bodily health for many generations, and destroying the Earth, then they will definitely stop eating meat and change to a vegan diet. I hope that Supreme Master Television will have more short stories, more funny and happy movie clips, which have a positive meaning and precious messages about the numerous benefits of this Compassionate Vegan Way of Living. I sincerely thank Beloved Master and the Supreme Master Television team for dedicating your hearts and souls to each wonderful program. I thank You with the utmost sincerity, and I wish Supreme Master Television continues to spread farther and wider, and to have more new and worthy programs for international viewers. May Master always have good health, peace and safety. I would like to send You lots of love from my heart. Vân Thanh from Âu Lạc (Vietnam)
