Today we’re going to have some very simple salad, one of my favorite salads. This is very simple – just watercress and soya sprout. Both are nutritious, refreshing, and taste wonderful. And together we will have vegan cheese on top of it with (vegan) Thousand Island salad dressing. And I’m preparing the tofu. I’m going to cook some simple tofu as well to go with that. The most simple basic food for nutrition and good taste, takes only a few minutes to prepare. See, if you eat this brown rice and mung beans in it. And then with the tofu and with the salad, watercress and soya sprout salad, and the (vegan) cheese, that is a perfect meal Already.
