American health coach, consultant, writer, and chef Bill Tara (vegan) has actively advocated natural healthcare since 1967. They’re important, but every day we’re eating. We’re not buying clothes every day. We’re not using the disposables every day. What we’re doing every day is we’re breathing, and eating, and drinking. And if we don’t get control over that, which is at the bottom, as the foundation of everything, we’re sunk.”
