For this salad, we just need lettuce or any kind of leafy salads that you like. And an apple, and some roasted walnuts, and a carrot. Chop the cucumber into small, small shreds. My cooking is that you use the minimum possible the utensils. Just whatever you have, that will be fine. We have leftover coriander, so we can even toss it in the salad. Right, very simple salad actually. And you put the carrot in there. And you put the cucumber on top. All right, and you put the apple on top of it or around it. Whatever you like. Mix it up a little bit, see the color? And you put the walnut on top, just like that. And, what you do, is you pour the sauce on top. And you will taste it, I bet you. Heavenly food.

Today, we are lucky for a glimpse of those days in YangMing Mountain in 1992 where Supreme Master Ching Hai set aside Her precious time to demonstrate a simple and aesthetically appetizing dish: Vegan Bachelor’s Burger Bits. “Dried products cook with lemongrass, like gluten, contain a high percentage of protein. Soak it in water until soft like this. And then add the seasonings. Very simple. OK. That’s it. Then, mix it by hand or use chopsticks. Now heat up some oil in the pot. When the oil is heated, toss everything in and stir-fry it until it is all cooked thoroughly. Then, it’s ready to serve. OK, it is done. See, it is very simple. It smells delicious.” “When you cook, you should be happy, be loving, and recite the Five Holy Names. Even if you don’t practice Quan Yin Method, recite the name of Buddha, Jesus Christ, or any religious leader, or your own mantra. It’s better not to gossip or think nonsense while cooking so that the food has more blessings. Your reciting will bring blessings to the food. Today we’re going to make some kind of breakfast, Spanish-style. And we have tomatoes, two medium-sized, and we have coriander. And we have some French bread. But you can have any other (vegan) bread. You can cut them into a shorter size, easy to cook. And you cut them into half, the bread, make it ready. And the super-melting cheese, or cheddar-style cheese, they’re all vegan. And tomato, you can have, one is enough for today. It’s mashed tomatoes! OK, we can butter the bread; vegan butter. And you put one slice of (vegan) cheese on one of the slices of the bread. Now for the cheese bread, you put some tomato on it, very thin tomato on top of the cheese. Then you put a little coriander on the cheese. The rest of the tomatoes can put on the buttered piece of bread. So we are going to put all this bread in here. Now we are going to put the bread in the oven. Very fast. Oh! Ten minutes, done. So, a very nice simple quick breakfast, tasty, delicious, and groovy, very groovy breakfast. There is my favorite breakfast.

Cook the apple two, three minutes, with salt and sugar, And make the flour. 150 grams of flour with 50 grams of (vegan) margarine or vegan butter. Rub them together. And when the apple is cooked, you put it in a dish. You put the flour on top and bake for 30 minutes. That’s it. Rarely, I can eat such a good apple pie or any cookies that are really just right.

This kind is home cooking. Cut the tofu, vegan ham and pumpkin into cubes. If you don’t have any machine, chop the peanuts with the back of a knife. Put one tablespoon of vegan butter in the pan, put in tofu, vegan ham and stir fry a little bit. Put in pumpkin, peanuts and one bowl of water, cook boil and simmer until the pumpkin is soft. Put in one cube of vegetable broth, a little pepper, two or three tablespoon of Maggi depends on your taste. If you like, when it’s almost cooked, put in two tablespoons powder to thicken the broth.

The one we have prepared is mushroom, coriander, and the vegan pork. All you need is mushroom seasoning, soya sauce, some oil, and some juice. This one I use mixed juice, and a cube of vegan broth and some water. Now you put some water, just you can add in the bouillon already into the water. And put some mushroom seasoning, a little soya sauce. And two tablespoons of oil, and also a quarter cup of juice. And now, the water boiled already, I also put coriander in together so that the flavor will soak into the food. Now we just leave it there, cover it. Stir it up evenly, let the water cover it, just nicely covered. So we let it simmer for a while. You let it simmer, low heat, and for maybe ten minutes, that should be fine.

After it boiled, put some sesame oil in it. ”Smoked Tofu in Coconut Sauce”: Cut Tofu into thumb size. Put a little oil in hot pan, put tofu inside to fry. Fry a little until it is golden. Put the tick Soya sauce, Soya sauce, a little coconut milk. Cover it on low heat.
