Today we’re going to have some just simple fried vegan fish and sour soup; they’re very simple. Then you can eat it with the steamed vegan fish, or you fry the fish and then later you just pour the sauce on top, and that’d be fine. It’s very simple. Wow, it’s boiled already! Okay now, we have to put this vegetable inside to cook. Also tomatoes… put it in. Then, we put a little juice to make it sweeter. And I have prepared coriander, spring onions, together with the fishwort herbs to put it inside, and 1 lemon. I’m going to put the lemon juice inside to make it sour.
