Here is a little cooking tip on how you can make fermented veggies. Fermented foods are not only tasty, but they contain many probiotics that boost gut health. Start off by making the brine by adding one tablespoon (15 grams) of salt to two cups (500 milliliters) of water. Then, blend it on a low setting for several minutes. Next, cut up one cabbage, onion, and carrot. It is recommended you remove the core of the cabbage and dice it up into medium-sized pieces. The onion and carrot can be diced even smaller. Next, fill up glass jars using the three vegetables, mixing them together. Take another carrot and use it to measure the top of the jar. Cut the carrot just larger than the opening of the jar and then lengthwise to make wedges. Grab another carrot and cut off the bigger end and use it to press down on the vegetables. Then, put a cabbage leaf large enough to cover the top of the veggies and press down on the mix. Next, take your carrot wedges and add one on top of the cabbage leaf for each jar and press it down with your fingers. This will keep the cabbage leaf held down, which will in turn keep the smaller pieces of vegetables down during the fermentation process. Following this, gradually pour the brine into each jar and allow it to fill up all the spaces. Grab the big carrot that you used earlier and press down on the mix again to take out any remaining air bubbles. Put the lids on top of the jars but leave them slightly open to allow the gas to be released during the fermentation. Press down on the mix every few days to make sure all the air bubbles come out. The veggies are entirely fermented after approximately 14 days. At this point, seal the lids and keep them tight for storage. Now they are all ready to be eaten!

This seems like a good moment to visit the amusing hilarity house with the joke of the day. It’s called “Wrong Number.”

A son called his dad's office. The dad recognized it was his son's voice, so he joked:

“You've reached the office of the most capable and smartest person in the whole world. How may I help you?”

After hearing this response, the son quickly said:

“Oh, so sorry, I must have dialed the wrong number.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Narangerel in Mongolia:

Deeply grateful for the boundless Love and Grace of the Providence. I experienced this inner vision during my morning meditation. In my vision, there were lots of people going in and out of the Mongolian ger and my deceased husband was there as well. When I went out, it was already time for the Sun to rise, but the sky was still dark.

When I looked at the sky, I saw a beautiful Light ball (exactly like the one shown in the movie series called “Buddha,” the one that protected Him from the dark force during His enlightenment). It had a ball shape on one side, and a triangular shape on the other. Inside it, beautiful halos (rings of Light) floated upwards one by one, hence gathering in numbers in the sky. More and more of those beautiful halos were floating up.

Then, some writing appeared in the sky which was written in many different languages. I felt the people there understood it as a message from God and they were praying.

Then the darkness in the sky started clearing up. At the same time, when the dark, thick curtains started falling off the sky, there were shapes of either very terrible or very pitiful crying human faces falling down as well.

Then, gradually, the Sun rose on the horizon, and it was nice. I was happy inside and kept thanking Master.

I understood these writings that appeared in the sky, which were written in many different languages, as “Please love the Earth and love all beings.” I thought these writings were God’s will and a message for humanity. Seems the people that were around me also understood the message.

May this planet we reside in forever overflow with Light through the noble missions of the Beloved Almighty Master and by Her immeasurable Love and Compassion. Narangerel from Mongolia

Peaceful Narangerel, We are blessed to be initiated into the Quan Yin Method of meditation by Master, graced by the Divine. Each inner vision is unique, and we thank you for relating yours. May you and the positive Mongolian people flourish in Universal Love, Supreme Master TV team
