And together we will have vegan cheese on top of it with (vegan) Thousand Island salad dressing. And I’m preparing the tofu. I’m going to cook some simple tofu as well to go with that. The most simple basic food for nutrition and good taste, takes only a few minutes to prepare. See, if you eat this brown rice and mung beans in it. And then with the tofu and with the salad, watercress and soya sprout salad, and the (vegan) cheese, that is a perfect meal Already.

This one I use mixed juice, and a cube of vegan broth and some water. Now you put some water, just you can add in the bouillon already into the water. And put some mushroom seasoning, a little soya sauce. And two tablespoons of oil, and also a quarter cup of juice. And now, the water boiled already, I also put coriander in together so that the flavor will soak into the food. Now we just leave it there, cover it. Stir it up evenly, let the water cover it, just nicely covered. So we let it simmer for a while. You let it simmer, low heat, and for maybe ten minutes, that should be fine.

This, anybody can cook; even children can cook it, very easy. The main point is not to elaborate too much in my cooking style. So this is for busy people. Just the main point is to have enough nutrition.

Okay now, we have to put this vegetable inside to cook. Also tomatoes… put it in. Then, we put a little juice to make it sweeter. And I have prepared coriander, spring onions, together with the fishwort herbs to put it inside, and 1 lemon. I’m going to put the lemon juice inside to make it sour.

Stir it up so that the seasoning penetrates into the food that you are cooking. This is sweet potato. Stir up occasionally, and then after five minutes you can stir in the peppered vegan meat. You can put a little bit of seasoning, Maggi, the thick soya sauce, and stir it well, so that it will penetrate every piece of the vegan meat and the sweet potatoes. I love this kind of simple life that doesn't cost the Earth too much.
