Remember to take time to connect with your friends in person rather than always on the phone. They’ll appreciate it. That said, I do have an Android phone tip for you. A green line on your screen can appear for several different reasons. You can try fixing this problem on Android phones by first restarting it. This should resolve any temporary software issues that could have caused it. If that doesn’t work, remove any recently used applications and reboot your phone using Safe Mode, a restricted mode that keeps many essential apps from launching on your phone, so you can determine if this is a software issue with an app, setting, or the operating system. Also, check for system updates, as they can fix issues in your current version. As a last resort, try to factory reset your phone. If the green line doesn’t go away, your phone could very likely have a loose or damaged display connector, or water could have damaged it. In this case, go to a service center to have it fixed.
I hope your funny bone is ready for the joke of the day. It’s entitled “The Generosity Gap.”
Eugene was sharing a poll result with Rebecca:
In a recent survey, one in four people said they’d donate a kidney to a complete stranger.
“Are you sure? Because it seems like 90% of people won’t even let a stranger merge in traffic.”
