I know how to sniff out a good exercise habit and I have one for you today: climb stairs to burn more fat and tone your entire body! This high-intensity exercise uses up twice as much energy as brisk walking, burning about 100–150 calories in only 10 minutes. It activates the thigh, gluteal, and core muscles, which helps decrease overall body fat, enhance cardiovascular health, and firm your buttocks. While stepping, set your entire foot on the ground, maintain a straight back, slightly tilt your hips, and carefully control yourself as you’re going both upstairs and downstairs to protect your knee joints. Gradually increase intensity to achieve safe results at home. The stairs should be dry with adequate lighting, ventilation and no obstacles in the way. Additionally, you should wear non-slip shoes that are flexible, and always warm up at the start of your exercise session and cool down towards the end.

Here comes the joke of the day, laugh at it or not. It’s entitled “Nabbing for a Bargain.

A jewelry store manager catches a shoplifter red-handed trying to pocket a necklace.

“Look, you don’t want any trouble, and neither do I. How about I just buy the necklace, and we forget this ever happened?”

Figuring it’s the easiest way out, the manager agrees and starts writing up a sales slip.

“You know… this is more than I planned to spend. You got anything less expensive that you can show me?”

!?

And now we have a heartline in Mandarin Chinese, with multiple-language subtitles, from Yu-Hui in China
