Do you have a cough and feel under the weather? Then I have a useful tip to share with you! Here is a recipe on how to make a natural tea that will help treat coughs, bronchitis, and strengthen your lungs and immune system.

You will need one cinnamon stick— this helps improve digestion and boosts the immune system, one piece of ginger, which contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and 25-30 cloves, which contain antioxidants. Add all of these ingredients to a heat resistant glass bowl after you slice up the ginger. Then take one lemon, which is rich in vitamin C and helps fight viruses, and wash it well with a baking soda water mixture. Now grate the zest of the lemon. Add 10 grams of lemon zest to the heat resistant glass bowl containing the rest of your ingredients. Pour in 500 milliliters of water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Lastly, before drinking, squeeze the juice of your lemon into the mixture.

This tea is a great natural expectorant. Drink it twice daily, morning and evening, and you'll feel better in no time!
