Upgrade Yourself into a Very Noble, Selfless Being, P 1/2

Upgrade Yourself into a Very Noble, Selfless Being, P 1/2

You have to train to be first good and able, so that maybe one day we can help someone else. Don’t always sit there like a baby waiting for mama. Even if you have been spoiled, you have to prepare to upgrade yourself into a very, very noble being. Self-sacrifice being. But I don’t ask you to do anything drastic. Self-sacrificing talking about that is a laughable thing. This is too weak for the word. I mean you have to also try to adjust to the situation. Try to help others instead.

Leading All to Be Vegan Will Bring Immense Merits part 1 (1/2)

If any leader is vegetarian, they should be open about it and encourage everyone to be vegetarian, too. This way they will earn immense merit, and they can also protect this earth so that their own relatives, friends, and children can continue to live on this planet in a clean atmosphere. We don’t leave the Earth populated and full of toxic air for our children.

The Story of Christmas and the Love of Jesus, Part 1 of 2

In this program, the origin of Christmas is introduced. Supreme Master Ching Hai told us the story of the Nativity, and some inspiration from the sacrifice of Jesus. Jesus wanted to shock us out of our deep sleep, because of the ephemeral nature of our world and body. He gave us a perfect example of surrender to God. He said whatever God’s will, be done. Jesus used his blood to wash away our sin. How to love God? Keep God’s commandment.

Whatever We Assimilate Inside Is Translated Outsidee: Part 1 (1/2) July 30-31, 2013

Whatever you assimilate inside, even though invisibly and you might not notice it, but it’s translated outside. When you come back from higher worlds, sometimes the mind doesn’t record it. Even just a little dream at night, you wake up, you forget. And dream is even black-and-white and it’s right there, but you forgot. So not to talk about going to higher levels. Don’t worry. You must have progres

The Story of Christmas and the Love of Jesus, Part 2 of 2

Supreme Master Ching Hai told us if we keep the commandments of God, our world would become better, and we will be more benefited, more peaceful, more happy. Why vegetarian? Because the first commandment of God: Thou shall not kill! How come so many still suffer? Because we have not found the kingdom of God within. Jesus also set us a perfect example that we should not fear death and not cling to this world.

The Sacred Text of the Universal White Brotherhood: Blossoming of the Human Soul

The Sacred Text of the Universal White Brotherhood: Blossoming of the Human Soul

Master Douno taught that the qualities of humility, obedience, honesty, goodness, intelligence and nobility are foremost in spiritual practice. The detachment of the human soul from God is one of the most glorious moments of the Genesis. In the World of Angels it is known as the dawning of Life, where in our human world it is related to just one Divine breath, as enlightened souls come into being each time God inhales and exhales. With every breathing in worlds are created and with every breathing out they are absorbed. Thus, the souls enter into the physical world. So, with each Divine Breath or that is, with the exodus of the soul’s primary source, a soul goes out into a straight line as a Divine ray of Light and enters the great Cosmos or the vast Universe to fulfill its destiny or high purpose.

Qualities and Powers of the Supra-Universal Realms, September 9, 2017

Do you know the term by now? The “Original Universe”. Then I’ll tell you a little about my progress. I’ve already revealed too much. I thought it was the first time when I returned to the Original Universe. Later I realized that I've returned there at least two or three times. I’ve ascended to an extremely high level now, surpassing the Original Universe. But all realms originated from the Or

The Hotel Called Life: Questions and Answers, Part 1 of 2

This world is just a transient hotel. But in this hotel which we call “Life,” we have to work, pay every day, and even if we pay we still have to suffer. We pay every day with our precious time, our precious energy, our precious knowledge, our precious short existence here on this planet, which we should use to recognize our great power in order to tackle everything with ease and without effort. The system on this planet makes us so busy: work, work ,work, work from morning till night, work overtime, still don’t have enough happiness.

Now Is the Trend for Peace

Time is different now. We should always be good, peaceful together. We’re more civilized now and it’s the 21st century already. Fighting is I think of a period of Stone Age or Ice Age. We are in a new age now, Golden Age. Any country fighting, anybody killing, anybody in war, it feels to me like a very backward kind of action. In the old time, people lived in caves and went hunting for food or kil

Living Life and Governing the Nation with the Heart of a Parent (Part 1 of 2) July 16, 2017

All mothers are the best examples of the leadership. They don’t need to lead. They just let everyone be free and at ease. If leaders are as tolerant and generous as a mother or an elder brother, the citizens will respect them. Leaders don’t need to take people’s land or intimidate them. They don’t need to use military force to suppress them. Just relax and be loving, and people will listen. They don’t need to seize people’s property by force, but the whole country belongs to them. The most important thing is to win over people’s hearts. If people respect you wholeheartedly, then you win.

Living Life and Governing the Nation with the Heart of a Parent (Part 2 of 2) July 16, 2017

That if I were the king, I would do what parents do–love their children unconditionally. I would treat my people as my own beloved children. That’s what I meant. Then, if you love the neighboring countries in the same way, all of them will pledge allegiance to you, won’t they? Then there’s no need to rob them or use force on them. The stronger you are, the more loving you are to others. If you use your power, such as military power, to suppress the neighboring countries, that would not be right. That would not be right. Nobody would follow you.

Socrates on “Pleasure and Temperance” and “Of the Worth and Value of Friends” Part 2 of 2

Socrates on “Pleasure and Temperance” and “Of the Worth and Value of Friends” Part 2 of 2

There is nothing truly valuable which can be purchased without pains and labor. The gods have set a price upon every real and noble pleasure. If you would gain the favor of the Deity, you must be at the pains of worshipping Him; if you would be beloved by your friends, you must study to oblige them. If you would be honored by any city, you must be of service to it. Each man should consider how much he can be worth to his friends, and should endeavor to render himself as valuable as he can in their regard.

Bhagavad Gita As It Is, Chapter 2 & 8 - Part 1/2

00:12:39

Bhagavad Gita As It Is, Chapter 2 & 8 - Part 1/2

The person who is not disturbed by happiness and distress and is steady in both is certainly eligible for liberation. For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He is not slain when the body is slain. Be free from all dualities and from all anxieties for gain and safety, and be established in the self. Abandoning all attachment to success or failure. Such equanimity is called yoga. Keep all abominable activities far distant by devotional service, and in that consciousness surrender unto the Lord! A man engaged in devotional service rids himself of both good and bad reactions even in this life. Therefore strive for yoga, which is the art of all work.

The Hotel Called Life: Questions and Answers, Part 2 of 2

Questions and Answers — Why did God put us through a human existence and all the trials and tribulations to realize ourselves when we were perfect to start with? Master: Because we want to have fun. You see a lot of rich people what do they do when they go to vacation? Sometimes they rent a thatched hut, so small - it looks like a poor person’s house. We did not recognize our perfect Selves until we came here, into the world of imperfection. This world is created so that we can know ourselves, know God. If there is no comparison, we would not know ourselves.

From Jain Akaranga Sutra First Lecture Part 1/2

From Jain Akaranga Sutra First Lecture Part 1/2

He who has the true knowledge about all things, will commit no sinful act, nor cause others to do so, etc. Knowing them, a wise man should not act sinfully towards the aggregate of six (kinds of) lives, nor cause others to act so, nor allow others to act so. He who knows these causes of sin relating to the aggregate of the six (kinds of) lives, is called a reward-knowing sage. There are some who, of a truth, know this (i.e. injuring) to be the bondage, the delusion, the death, the hell. About this he is informed when he has understood, or heard from the Revered One or from the monks, the faith to be coveted.

From the Secret Doctrine: Cosmic Evolution & On Kwan-Shi-Yin and Kwan-Yin Part 1/2

Published as two volumes during her lifetime-“The Cosmogenesis” and “Anthropogenesis”, “The Secret Doctrine” explains the origin and evolution of the universe and of humanity through an account of “Root Races” dating back millions of years. Although the writer of “The Secret Doctrine”, Madame Blavatsky often expressed that she was only the compiler of ancient wisdom that was passed on to her. The true authors of the work were her teachers, the Mahatmas, or Great Souls, who were the guardians of the Secret Wisdom of the ages.

Sufism’s Sacred Fihi ma Fihi: Discourses of Rumi, 4, 7 & 8

Fihi Ma Fihi, Discourse 4, for words do not endure. Syllables and sounds do not endure. This body, these lips and this mouth will not endure. All these things are mere accidents of the moment. Discourse 7, It will be one only in the nest world, at the resurrection. It will be possible only at the resurrection, when humanity has one ear and one tongue. On the resurrection day all people will be become of one mind, eye, tongue, ear and understanding. Since the affair of all will be with God, they will all be one. Discourse 8, the ignorant only sees the body, but the wise knows what treasures are hidden within.

Socrates on “Pleasure and Temperance” and “Of the Worth and Value of Friends” Part 1 of 2

Socrates believed that an individual’s main purpose on Earth is to discover the Truth. He stated that most people focus their lives around their families, careers, and social responsibilities, when, in fact, they should be concerned about the welfare of their souls. In this program, a conference of Socrates with Aristippus from the book “The memorable Thoughts of Socrates” is introduced. Socrates encouraged his hearers to support hunger and thirst, to resist the temptations of love, to fly from laziness, and inure themselves to all manner of fatigues.
