In today’s news, France contributes food aid to South Sudan, access to affordable housing in India receives a boost, Philippines to utilize offshore wind technology, solar power car cover developed in France, leading vegan meat company feeds medical workers in United States during pandemic, United Kingdom public sector catering operators vow to reduce meat, and dugong population increases in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.   France supports nutrition in South Sudan. The French government contributed €500,000 to the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), which will be used to provide 29,000 people, including expectant and nursing mothers as well as vulnerable youngsters in Jonglei and Upper Nile areas, with more than 170 metric tons of special nutritious products. Matthew Hollingworth, WFP’s Country Director in South Sudan, expressed his appreciation for the urgently needed donation, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since 2014, France has contributed US$1.3 million to WFP’s work in South Sudan. Our heartfelt gratitude, France, for your generosity and care for our South Sudanese sisters and brothers. May the kind people of South Sudan soon see bright tomorrows in the Divine’s uplifting grace.   Asian Development Bank (ADB) promotes housing for underserved people in India. The ADB has agreed to lend up to US$60 million to Indian affordable housing lender, Aavas Financiers Ltd, to enhance the availability of housing finance for lower-income individuals in the country, especially women as primary or co-borrowers. This initiative should increase property ownership for women in low-income communities, who have been traditionally underserved, as it opens up opportunities for reasonably priced housing. Bravo, Asian Development Bank and Aavas Financiers Ltd, for this wise venture. With such important support to vulnerable women and families, may India grow in prosperity and happiness for the benefit of all citizens, in Celestial radiance.   Up next, Philippines to utilize offshore wind technology. Let’s take a moment to thank the education ministers of nations who shape and improve the education system of their countries at all levels. We will return with more rewarding news after these messages here on Supreme Master Television.   Hi, generous viewers! I’m Maru the Markhor, and I live on a plant-based diet. Today I have an eco-tip for you. Most receipts cannot be recycled, because they are BPA-coated, a chemical that has been classified by the European Union as toxic for human reproduction and harmful to the environment. Hence, for health and environmental protection, start using electronic receipts today! You can request an e-receipt to be emailed to you at the time of in-store purchases. In addition, e-receipts are easier to store on your computer and keep track of the product warranty because paper receipts can be easily lost. Thank you for tuning in, and love you a lot for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet thus save the world! Now, for the weather around the globe.   The Philippines welcomes its first offshore wind projects. The Philippines’ Department of Energy awarded Triconti Windkraft Group, a Filipino-Swiss-German partnership, a 1.2 gigawatts wind energy contract to build two wind facilities in offshore locations of the Northern and Central Philippines. The Aparri Bay Offshore Wind Project will be situated off the coast of Cagayan Province, occupying over 14,000 hectares and producing electricity at 500-600 megawatts capacity, while the 600-megawatt Guimaras Strait nearshore project between Panay and Negros islands will cover 12,700 hectares of coastal area. The total output will help the nation increase its renewable energy sector, and provide clean and affordable electricity to local residents. Thank you, Triconti Windkraft Group and the Philippine government, for your swift movement to renewable energy. May God bless our world with more green solutions.   Solar panel car cover developed to recharge electric vehicles. French industrial coating and printing company, Armor, has created a product called ASCA, which uses organic polymers that are printed on flexible films to create thin, light and supple solar panels. The material can also be adhered to the body of the car, as it is durable and weighs only 450 grams per square meter. An average size cover of five square meters can provide enough charge in eight hours of sunlight to give an extra up to 15 kilometers of range per day. What a clever design, Armor! May your thin-film solar panels soon be incorporated into all electric vehicles as we quickly implement the concepts of a circular economy to save and reuse our resources, in Heaven’s loving patience.   Beyond Meat donates to hospital workers and people in need during pandemic. Vegan food company Beyond Meat from the United States donated one million vegan burgers to food banks, frontline workers and organizations in need. The burgers were distributed by the company’s staff, friends and ambassadors such as professional basketball star and vegan, Kyrie Irving, who gave 200,000 of the burgers to Food Bank for New York City. Also, vegan comedian Kevin Hart sent the healthful Beyond Burger to hospital staff at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Southern California. Vegan seafood brand, Sophie’s Kitchen, also contributed US$210,000 worth of fish-free tuna to San Francisco Bay Area food banks. And Miyoko’s Creamery has been serving 1,500 to 2,000 vegan grilled cheese sandwiches each week to people who work in Northern California hospitals. Many thanks, Beyond Meat, Sophie’s Kitchen, Miyoko’s Creamery and all involved. In Divine insight, may your delectable and nutritious food help to awaken the realization in people of the vegan solution for our planet.   Coming up, United Kingdom public sector catering operators commit to meat reduction. We’ll pause now to appreciate the traditional art of textile making from the Li ethnic group of Hainan Province, China, a UNESCO-inscribed Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Supreme Master Television will return in just a moment with more exceptional news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News - Giving News for a Selfless World.   Caterers in the United Kingdom pledge to reduce meat served. UK public sector food caterers, who serve billions of meals per year to one-quarter of the nation’s population, will reduce meat by 20%, or nine million kilograms. While the effects of the change will reach their customers in schools, hospitals, universities, care homes and more, the industry also seeks to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as the nation moves towards achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. An equivalent of 16 million chickens or 45,000 cows per year are expected to be saved by the new pledge. Our salute, United Kingdom caterers, for your high thinking decision to reduce the amount of meat used in your meals. May your actions have profound effects on the eating habits of people all over the world as all nations move to completely eliminate meat from the diet of their cherished citizens, in Heaven’s mercy.   Dugong population increases in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. According to a study by Shining World Leadership Award for Environmental Protection laureate, the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD), the survival rate of dugongs has significantly increased since a ban on fishing nets was implemented in December 2018. Abu Dhabi waters are home to around 3,000 dugongs, the world’s second-largest population of the gentle herbivores. Seeing that they were becoming increasingly vulnerable to fishing, the EAD in coordination with the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment introduced the ban to help protect the dugongs and other endangered marine species. Our gratitude, Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi and UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. May our world continue this trend to protect and nurture each and every one of our precious animal co-inhabitants for a vegan future, in the abounding love of Allah.   Time now to enjoy the joke of the day entitled, “An Advantage.”   Did you know that there is a new car wash opening up in your neighborhood? In today’s news, European Union continues assisting Syrian refugees, Niger receives funding to enhance education, United States to develop green energy from ocean, innovative energy storage technology introduced in Sweden, skilled costume creator makes medical gowns amid pandemic in United Kingdom, veggie meat options in restaurants growing in China, and more Australians welcome animal companions during COVID-19 lockdown.   European Union strengthens support for Syrian refugees in Iraq. Jordan and Lebanon. For additional assistance during the COVID-19 outbreak, the EU has agreed to provide an almost €240 million aid package to assist vulnerable people in the area and help hosting countries through the EU Regional Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian Crisis. Of the total amount, €168 million will be given to Lebanon to enhance host communities and refugees’ resilience, improve access to education, and develop protective services for women and children. Furthermore, €60.5 million will be allocated to Jordan for education, health and women’s empowerment, while €10 million is for western Nineveh in Iraq to improve the lives of vulnerable returnees and help in peace efforts. Since 2015, the EU has contributed more than €2 billion to the Syrian crisis. The European Union is a Shining World Leadership Award for Peace recipient, and a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care, and True Caring laureate. Our heartfelt appreciation, European Union! May all refugees and host communities receive the support they need to greet bright tomorrows, in Heaven’s brilliance.   World Bank funds education program in Niger. The World Bank has approved a US$120 million grant and a US$20 million credit from the International Development Association for the Niger Learning Improvement for Results in Education (LIRE) Project. It will focus on enhancing teaching practices and learning, especially for girls, as well as monitoring education results to better manage the schooling system, particularly in regions of the country that require further assistance. LIRE will also develop digital learning services to help with areas including teacher training, creating a national education system, keeping children at school, or helping them return to studying during the COVID-19 situation. The program is designed to support both refugees and their host communities. Kudos, World Bank, International Development Association and Niger, for your caring project. May the children of your nation grow into healthy and strong citizens, filled with love, compassion and selfless dedication to building a peace-filled world, in Allah’s glory.   Up next, United States to develop green energy from ocean. We thank the motorcycle mechanics for servicing motorcycles and scooters, making sure they are running smoothly on the road. Please stay for more benefiting news on Supreme Master Television.   Good day, lively viewers, it’s Luti the Fruit Bat, and I love being an amiable vegan! I’ve got an indoor-gardening tip for you. Follow these few steps to ensure your houseplant has a longer lifespan. Check to see if the container holding your plant has an opening at the bottom to allow for water drainage to prevent your plant from having excess water. If there isn’t one, you can easily create one or more holes yourself. Also, wilting leaves do not necessarily mean your plant needs more water. Simply checking the pot’s weight can help you determine whether or not your plant needs more water. If it’s heavy, the plant is too wet and if it’s light, the plant may be too dry. Lastly, inspect the soil - if it’s over-soaked or has a distinct smell, it needs to be replaced. Love you for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all of us humans and all co-inhabitants alike. Thank you for watching, and here’s the weather around the world!   United States, a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion laureate, invests in renewable ocean energy. The United States Department of Energy’s Water Power Technologies Office has announced US$22 million in funding for non-federal institutions to advance the foundations of research and development of renewable marine energy. The results of the research will be made available to relevant firms and industries in the US to help them develop their technology in the field. One of the key areas that the project will cover is the establishment of an Atlantic Marine Energy Center. What a grand initiative, United States Department of Energy, to bring together your brightest engineers and scientists to collaborate on renewable energy from the ocean. We pray they find much success, guided by the Providence, and open up another green energy industry in your nation.   Swedish company creates earth-friendly thermal storage technology. Green energy startup, Azelio, has developed a new kind of system that stores energy produced by wind or solar power as heat in the device’s molten aluminum core. To convert the heat back to electricity, the heat is pumped from the aluminum into a Stirling (or heat) engine, which then generates power. Unlike conventional batteries, the thermal storing device does not require any rare earth minerals, is more cost-effective, and can potentially provide a solution to the world’s energy storage. Bravo Azelio! Such wonderful news on your invention of a power storage unit that can be made from readily available materials. May your technology quickly roll out across the globe as we move into a green energy future, in Heaven’s delight.   United Kingdom renowned seamstress launches initiative to sew scrubs for healthcare professionals. Dulcie Scott, Emmy nominated costume designer for popular British TV series, Downton Abbey, initiated the “Helping Dress Medics” project to make protective garments worn by medical staff in operating rooms for those on the frontlines of the pandemic. Ms. Scott, along with 150 costume makers, are working from home to make over 6,000 sets of scrubs for formerly retired medical staff who have returned to vital jobs. To support the endeavor, a curtain maker donated cloth while factories currently shut-down assisted by cutting the fabric. Furthermore, a fundraiser on GoFundMe netted over US$106,000 for the cause. Many thanks, Dulcie Scott and all involved in “Helping Dress Medics.” We also express our gratitude and admiration of the courageous healthcare workers. May all be protected and blessed during this challenging time, in the Divine’s sheltering embrace.   Up next on Noteworthy News, veggie meat options in restaurants growing in China. We are going to pause for a moment to be grateful for the simple pleasures in life. We’ll return with more beautiful news on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Refreshing News for a Revitalizing World.   Restaurant chains in China put plant-based items on the menu. Six prominent restaurant chains began offering dishes featuring a vegetarian ground meat created by the Chinese food tech company, Starfield Food and Science Technology. Diners can now enjoy the plant-based Black Pepper Meatball Pizza at Papa John’s, stuffed rice noodle rolls at Hong Li Village, and burgers at Brut Eatery, Gaga Chef and Element Fresh, all inclusive of the ground veg meat made mainly from seaweed protein. Our compliments, Starfield Food and Science Technology and all participating eateries! You are bringing compassionate food options to your customers as humans move towards the harmonious vegan lifestyle, in Heaven’s grace.   More Australians welcome animal companions during COVID-19 lockdown. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) in New South Wales, reported that shelters across the state saw an almost 300% increase in adoptions and fosters with 550 animals finding homes in only ten days. According to Steve Coleman, CEO of RSPCA New South Wales, many people that foster end up keeping the animal friend because they’ve fallen in love with her or him. Mr. Coleman said, “Animals in our view are an essential component in people’s mental health.” Furthermore, Greyhound Rescue President Natalie Panzarino reported double the number of adoptions than usual. While describing greyhounds as great companions, she cautioned, “A pet is for life, not just during isolation.” Congratulations, all who are welcoming loving and comforting animal companions into their homes. May we always honor the lives and delicate feelings of our well-wishing co-inhabitants, in God’s mercy.   Now, it’s time for some laughter with the joke of the day entitled “Dream House.” We had built our dream house some years ago, and furnished it with quality pieces as we could afford them. Now the delivery truck carrying the last purchase, a new bedroom suite, was pulling in to the driveway.   “Finally!” I exclaimed, flinging open the front door as the driver walked up to the house. “I’ve been waiting 12 years for this!”  “I am not to blame, lady. I just got the order this morning.”   And now we have a heartline from Little Sun in China:   Hallo, dear Supreme Master TV team. In today’s news, our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai lovingly presents Shining World Compassion Award to animal rescuer from Malaysia, Japan helps increase social safety in Yemen, research finds ocean health could recover in one generation, Guinea supported in solar energy development, government leaders reduce own wages in New Zealand, biotech company produces vegan alternative ingredient in United Kingdom, and United States-based dog rescue saves lives in hurricane aftermath.    In Shining World Compassion Award News from Malaysia…  78-year-young Chan Mee Fah is the Founder of Mee Fah Shelter for animals in Semenyih, Malaysia. Operating on funds left by her late husband, the sanctuary is currently home to approximately 1,300 dogs, 60 cats, 40 tortoises and a monkey. Ms. Chan’s goal is to achieve non-governmental organization (NGO) status in the near future, which will enable public funding to help support her loving rescue. God has always been with me all the way. I've never been let down and everything has been met with great success. This is an area where I least expected to do because I've always been doing professionally a lot of people things, not four-legged. I was a former real estate agent. I've been a reporter, salesperson. So, I look at it, that this stage in my life, God said, “Okay, after all the superficial things, you better come down and realize that there's something else that you can do, before you meet me! For her noble work and devotion, our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai heartfully presented Chan Mee Fah with the Shining World Compassion Award plus a caring donation of US$15,000. Our Association members in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, were honored to present the Award letter, crystalline plaque, Master’s publications and DVD’s, as well as Master’s loving contribution to Ms. Chan. “This Award is presented in recognition of your unconditional love, sacrificing your possessions to benefit our precious animal friends. Your benevolence heralds a new golden era of empathy, where all of Earth’s co-inhabitants can live in harmony.” “I have heard of the Great Master a long time ago, and I always felt, wow! What a great person to have this area of influencing people to live according to what it should be like – which is to love and to be vegan. So, I would like to say that I’m very, very touched and very honored to have been picked from so many people, to receive this award. In fact, it’s confounded me. And personally, I feel it is a great, great honor.” God has come down to the shelter in Rinching in the form of Great Master Ching Hai, to come and touch all my four-legged and say, “You have been very blessed.” Our heartfelt congratulations and gratefulness, Chan Mee Fah and all staff members at the Mee Fah Shelter. May Heavens bless you and all the animals you care for.   Japan supports women and girls in Yemen.  Japan has donated over US$800,000 for initiatives by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to help safeguard vulnerable and displaced girls and women in three governorates of Yemen.  Thanks to Japan’s contribution, two shelters and three community centers will be supported.  Additionally, more than 5,000 women and girls are expected to benefit from services including psychosocial support, legal aid and protection. Japan, a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Animal Protection, and Generosity laureate, has been praised by UNFPA as one of the most long-term and key supporters in Yemen. Our appreciation, Japan, for your care and generosity. Many thanks also, United Nations Population Fund, for your vital work. May the gentle people of Yemen live in peace, dignity and safety as we are reminded once more that we are all one human family, in Celestial unity.   Up next on Noteworthy News, research finds ocean’s health recovery feasible within a generation.  We give thanks to the diagnostic medical sonographers, who produce patients’ ultrasonic recordings to help doctors assess and treat their conditions. Please stay tuned to Supreme Master Television for more pleasant news.   Hi, energetic friends, I am Eugene the Emperor Shrimp! Before having my vegan picnic, I’ll share a little tip with you. Drying clothes in the sun saves electricity and money. Sun-dried clothes are also cleaner and fresher, as the ultraviolet rays of sunlight have a disinfecting and bleaching effect.  You can use the sun’s bleaching power to whiten towels, tablecloths, sheets and white shirts. However, as for dark-colored clothes, make sure not to leave them in the sun for too long to reduce discoloration. Thank you for your attention and love you so much for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet thus save the world! Now, the weather around the globe.   Global study identifies path to restoring the ocean back to healthy levels.  In a study published in the journal Nature, leading marine scientists from 10 different countries have determined that with concerted efforts, the ocean’s ecosystem could recover within 30 years as it is remarkably resilient. The researchers pointed to the successes of previous conservation efforts that saw the recent rebounding populations of humpback whales, seals and sea otters. They further recommended that the international community work to mitigate the climate crisis and stop pollution and overfishing. The study’s leader, Professor Carlos Duarte, said, “One of the overarching messages of the review is, if you stop killing sea life and protect it, then it does come back. We have a narrow window of opportunity to deliver a healthy ocean to our grandchildren, and we have the knowledge and tools to do so.” Thank you, scientists, for your hope-filled roadmap to return the planet’s oceans to their former glory. In Heaven’s grace, may we respect all ocean beings, for our own and our future generation’s survival.   The African Development Bank (AfDB) supports solar energy project in Guinea.   Through its Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa, the AfDB approved a grant of almost €762,000 to assist rural regions in accessing electricity. Finances will be used to install 57 off-grid solar systems in Guinean villages, thus benefiting approximately 30,000 households and 100 small businesses, in addition to providing employment to nearly 100 people. The grant will also make environmental and economic impact studies possible of solar projects identified in the country’s “Least Cost Electrification Plan.” Since 2007, the AfDB has helped provide access to electricity for approximately 500,000 people in Guinea, while curtailing the country’s carbon dioxide emissions by more than 3,200 tons per year. Gladdening news, African Development Bank, and thank you for your continued support. May the goodhearted people of Guinea flourish evermore as a green nation, in Divine light.   New Zealand government officials reduce their pay during pandemic. The New Zealand Prime Minister, Her Excellency Jacinda Ardern, plus top ministers of the government and some public sector heads, decided to reduce their own salaries by 20% for six months, starting immediately. Her Excellency’s salary will be reduced by US$28,000 and cabinet ministers’ wages by US$16,000. This act of unity recognizes New Zealanders who have been affected economically and/or are unemployed due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. New Zealand is a Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion and Peace recipient and a Shining World Leadership Awards for Earth Conservation, Earth Protection, Earth Guardian, Climate-Change Mitigation, and Earth Restoration laureate. Bravo, Your Excellency Jacinda Ardern, New Zealand Ministers, and others involved, for your kind act showing solidarity with your fellow citizens. In Heaven’s love, we pray for a quicker end to the COVID-19 pandemic, with world governments solving the issue at its root by banning all animal products.    Coming up, biotech company produces vegan alternative ingredient in United Kingdom. We’ll pause for some time to be thankful for all the opportunities we are given to make nobler choices in life. We’ll be right back with more exceptional news here on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Informative News for a Knowledgeable World.   United Kingdom company launches animal-free version of flavor-enhancing enzyme.  Biocatalysts, a biotech company that develops and produces specialty enzymes, has created a non-genetically modified microbial lipase called Lipomod 888MDP, serving as a substitute for the lipase derived from the pancreas of pigs. This new vegan ingredient is made from a fungal preparation and is effective at taking apart complex fats to enhance the flavor of savory foods.  This new development came in response to the current spread of the deadly African swine fever, sadly affecting livestock pigs in India, South Africa, Poland and other countries. A big thanks, Biocatalysts, for creating this cleaner, useful alternative ingredient for the food business. May we continue to awaken to the dangers of the virus-rampant livestock industry and transition to the safer vegan lifestyle, in God’s wisdom.   Big Dog Ranch Rescue (BDRR) aids dogs in Hurricane Dorian’s aftermath. Having saved 40,000-plus canines around the world since its founding in 2009, BDRR based in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, is the United States’ largest cage-free and no-kill dog rescue. Following Hurricane Dorian devastating the Bahamas in September 2019, the BDRR team extricated a dog named Miracle who had been trapped under an air conditioning unit and building rubble for three weeks. Barely alive when located by an infrared drone, Miracle received intensive medical treatment and rehabilitation and was adopted by a loving family after he recovered. While in the Bahamas, BDRR saved over 162 dogs, reunited 69 of them with their caregivers, delivered more than 45,000 kilograms of pet food and medical supplies, and helped rebuild the Bahamas Humane Society. Our warm gratitude, Big Dog Ranch Rescue!  May Heaven protect you on your missions to save our cuddly dog friends, and may all your residents find forever homes filled with love. Supreme Master Ching Hai: “Thankfully present the Shining World Compassion Award to Big Dog Ranch Rescue, plus a US$15,000 loving contribution to support your benevolent, lives-saving work, with much love, gratitude and respect. May all involved be immensely blessed, in God’s grace and mercy.”   Time now to enjoy the joke of the day entitled “Pedaling.” During a fitness class, a trainer asked everyone to lie on their backs with their legs up as if pedaling a bike. After several minutes, one man suddenly stopped.  “Why did you stop pedaling, Stanley?” “I didn't stop,” he said, gasping. “I'm coasting.”    And now we have a heartline from Do Yu Jin in Korea:  Hallo Master, I am Do Yu-Jin, and I live in Daegu, Korea. It’s been three months since I got initiated. Thanks to Your Blessings and Love, I feel that my life is getting better every day. Thank You. Recently, in an online community in Korea, a composer held a contest for lyrics about veganism; I participated in it. Inspired by the words written on the hat which You have designed, I wrote vegan lyrics. The lyrics are as follows: ♬Are you waiting for the hero? Are you waiting for someone to show up and save the world? Many prophecies are waiting for the hero who is to come in the future. It is not far away. You don’t need to wait. You’re the Hero who is Vegan and brings peace to the Earth. Vegan, Vegan, Vegans are heroes. A true hero of our times who saves animals and saves nature. A hero we’ve been waiting for. You will be remembered. We’ll all remember. A true hero who saved the planet. Vegans are heroes ♬ As soon as I wrote this,  I got goosebumps all over my body, and I thought it was like the lyrics that You gave me. It's a lovely morning. Always be healthy, Master. I love You. ♥ Do Yu-Jin from Korea   Cheerful Do Yu-Jin, We enjoyed your heartening lyrics and hope you have the opportunity to write more appealing vegan melodies.   Master has a message for you: “Creative Do Yu-Jin, Your song is cool! May all the world’s people become real heroes by just being vegan. Thank you also for your kind well-wishes. Heaven’s love and light to you and esteemed, united Korea.”   We welcome your heartlines and stories. Furthermore, carbon emissions will be decreased by more than 1.3 million metric tons per year. This endeavor helps New York move forward on its goal of having 70% of the state’s electricity from sustainable sources by 2030, and a 100% carbon-free electricity sector by 2040. The State will invest US$1 billion in the projects, which will also receive more than US$2.5 billion from private investments, and create more than 2,000 jobs. Congratulations, the Honorable Andrew Cuomo and New York State! In God’s abundance, may you quickly achieve these great mandates as we embrace a green vegan planet!   Kids’ heartfelt plea for the planet on Britain’s Got Talent. Children’s choir, SOS From the Kids, on the auditions edition of Britain’s Got Talent, moved the audience and judges to tears with their poignant song about the climate crisis. Aged between four and 16, the talented youngsters voiced their concerns, asking grown-ups to take note and “stop hurting our planet.” Kids Choir: Please change the story, we are the parts, this beautiful Earth cannot be lost. Stop hurting our planet, like you don’t care. There’s only one world, for us to share. Host: Written in 2019 by the choir’s co-founder Sim Macaulay with his mother Dorry, the song “SOS from the Kids” has been performed at climate rallies and even caught the attention of renowned naturalist Sir David Attenborough, who wrote them a note saying: “Thank you for all you are doing to help tackle the problem.” God bless you, SOS From the Kids, Sim and Dorry Macaulay, and all involved for making a stand for our precious world. In Heaven’s wisdom, may all humanity heed the call and step up to save our planetary home through conscientious, moral choices with respect to all beings and Mother Nature. Supreme Master Ching Hai:“Lovingly present the Shining World Hero Award to SOS From the Kids, and US$10,000 in humble support of your noble and sincere efforts, with all love, heartfelt gratitude, best wishes and high praises. Other projects include improving living conditions for 84,000 Rohingya refugees and members of the host communities in Bangladesh’s Cox’s Bazar settlements and supporting healthcare, education and shelter for 330,000 Sudanese refugees in Chad. Our sincere appreciation and prayers, Your Excellency Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Bin Thani Al-Thani! In Allah’s elevating grace, may your generosity and compassion set forth an everlasting model for our world!   Coming up, German ingredient supply company introduces vegan sausage recipe. We’ll take a moment to read a meaningful poem and savor its gift of truth and beauty. More comforting news coming up on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News - Heart-warming News for a Joyful World.   International plant-based ingredients supplier develops vegan sausage recipe. German-based Loryma has developed a vegan bratwurst sausage recipe that uses the company’s wheat proteins and binding ingredients, as well as a plant-based sausage casing – a thin edible covering – supplied by Spain-headquartered manufacturer Viscofan. The recipe can be used by Loryma’s customers to create their own sausages, or modified to produce other items. Loryma notes that their wheat protein ingredients are good for the environment as the plants absorb large amounts of CO2 while growing, and are locally sourced while achieving a 99% raw material utilization. Way to go, Loryma, on your vegan sausage recipe that will help food producers supply delicious and environmentally friendly food. May your endeavor help to rapidly expand the manufacturing of vegan protein products as all people move towards a plant-based lifestyle, in the Heart of the Divine.   Rodents help to save lives with extraordinary olfactory abilities. Since 2000, Belgian non-governmental organization, Anti-Personnel Landmines Removal Product Development (APOPO), has been training southern giant pouch rats from its headquarters in Tanzania to detect land mines. Dubbed the HeroRATs, the trained “super-sniffers” can assess 200 square meters of a minefield in twenty minutes, while humans with metal detectors would need between one to four days. To date, the friendly and intelligent HeroRATs, who happily provide their assistance for food rewards, have sniffed out over 107,000 landmines and unexploded ordnances in countries including Angola, Cambodia, Colombia, Mozambique, Tanzania and Zimbabwe, thus making the land safe for nearly a million people and opening it up for productive use. Additionally, the life-saving rodents are found to improve tuberculosis detection rates by up to 40%. Many thanks, APOPO, and big hugs for our super HeroRATs. In Celestial splendor, may we always be grateful for the many amazing talents of our animal friends that help us in countless ways.   It’s now time for some light-hearted humor with the joke of the day entitled “Helpful Friend.” “I think the blinker signal on my car is broken. Could you please stand behind the car? When I turn it on, tell me if the blinker’s working.” “All right, sure!” “Is it working?” “Yes!... No! Yes! No! Yes! No…”   And now we have a heartline from Setyawan Muhammad in Indonesia: Hi Supreme Master TV, I’ve been thinking about what I can learn from this channel in regard to being an open-minded person and making peace with others, helping each other and spreading good vibes to others. Be Serious: Wear a Mask, May 25, 2020

Since the last conference call a month ago with our Supreme Master Television team, our Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, even while on intensive meditation retreat, followed whenever She could, the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic with deep sorrow and concern. In Her most recent phone call on Monday, May 25, 2020, Master lovingly shared further important words of advice. “I call you to remind everyone to wear masks and protective face mask even, it's better, if you go out somewhere, outside of your room, of your area. Because someone else who has the disease, might have been there before you.” “But must meditate. Three times a day, must, to protect yourself in a higher level, not just the mask and the medicine. These are just standard. Higher protection, you must create it, with the meditation practice that I have taught during initiation. Recite the Holy Names all the time and pray every day. These are the highest protection. I told you guys to recite the Holy Names all the time, anytime, anywhere. Not only to protect you, but also to protect others nearby, around you. So it's very important.” For the full broadcast of this phone conference with Supreme Master Ching Hai, please tune in to Between Master and Disciples in the next few days.
