Consistent intake matters more than any single food, and combining several colors each day within a balanced vegan diet creates the strongest antioxidant effect (BioMed Central)

The next moment of consciousness, I’m standing in a pit in a lake of fire. I knew exactly where I was at. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I looked across the pits and I see a large demon, and I feel like he was assigned to me, like he was a pit boss. American veteran Randy Draughon recounts how he visited hell twice and Heaven once, and now shares an urgent message with the world. Randy’s childhood was marked by severe abuse from his adoptive father, an alcoholic who beat him bloody. But at age eight, Randy accepted Christ as his Savior during Sunday school. At age 12, Randy went Christmas caroling without a coat and became deathly sick that night. His spirit left his body.
I was in a deep dark cavern gently flying along, and I can remember seeing in the mountainside embedded were jail cells to my right. And I kept flying along, and deep down in the belly, I could see in the Earth was this big black beating mass. It didn’t scare me. It was huge, like the size of a football field. I was like 12 years old when this happened. Randy didn’t understand what he’d seen until eight or nine years later, when God revealed he had been in hell— but as a saved person, simply observing. God had hidden this knowledge from him because Randy had only thought of hell as fire, until he read the Bible.
Randy’s second experience was at age 14, when he attended church with his grandmother. A guest speaker gave an altar call for healing and confession of sins. The strangest, most peculiar thing started happening. Two men would like come behind each person, he’d pray for them, and these people would fall back unconscious. And I thought this is the craziest thing, like, “What is going on?” And they were out. And then like the women of the church, they would come and lay a blanket over the person. And this went on one after the other, and I’m just in bewilderment. So, he finally comes to my step-grandfather beside me, and his name was Willie. And I remember he prayed for a few moments and Willie’s glasses just went flying off his head! So when he finally comes to me, he didn’t even have time to pray. As soon as he touched his hand on me, I was out. And the next moment of consciousness, I was standing in an ocean of white Light, like a sea of white Light. This Light was a billion times brighter than the Sun, trillion times brighter than the Sun. However, it didn’t hurt my eyes— it was blinding, but it didn’t blind me. Alive is the best way I can describe it. The Light was alive, and it pulsated with this energy like “vroom, vroom,” just the complete Power of this Light. And I knew where I was at, and I said, “If I can walk through this Light, I’m going to see God.” So I walked a little bit. Before I could get any further, God put me back in my body. Randy says God gave him this glimpse of Heaven as an anchor—to give him hope through the terrible things God would show him in the future.
Randy served almost five years in the Navy. After getting out at age 22, he began to drift away from the Lord and fell into drugs. One night, he accidentally consumed eight times the intended amount. At first he felt good— but after going to sleep, his spirit left his body again and awakened in hell. “The next moment of consciousness, I’m standing in a pit in a lake of fire. And the roar of the fire was deafening. It would like burst your eardrums. And I’m standing with fire inside fire, and it was like an offshoot of hell is the only way I can explain it. The roar fire was just more vibrant than anything on this Earth, and my hearing, everything was more acute in the spiritual realm. And I knew exactly where I was at, and I knew what I did. And if that wasn’t bad enough, I looked across the pits and I see a large demon, and I feel like he was assigned to me, like he was a pit boss. I don’t know, something just in my spirit told me he was assigned to that part of hell, probably assigned to torture me. The demon was enormous, covered in flames that didn’t consume him— as if he fed off the fire. Randy’s eyes supernaturally telescoped in, and he locked eyes with the demon. At that moment, I said, “I’m too late.” And I screamed out in terror at the top of my lungs, “Jesus!” and the next thing I know I’m in my bed, and I pop up just bewildered and out of my mind. Randy woke up terrified. For days afterward, while driving or simply going about his day, he would suddenly hear the roar of hell’s fire again, traumatizing him repeatedly. God had miraculously protected him from feeling pain or heat during the experience— which Randy believes saved his sanity.
These experiences transformed Randy. He now shares his testimony, hoping others will accept Christ as Lord and be spared from hell fire. Heaven is real, hell is real. Jesus saved me from hell. If there’s just one person that watches your show that’s struggling, never accepted Christ as their Savior—you’ve got everything to gain, nothing to lose. (Heaven Encounters with Randy Kay)
