(If they are dead first, and I am dead afterwards, where can I find them?) Then you will have to be partly responsible. The cats eat the mice and so on... (Not mine.) Not? (No.) Or the bird(-people) outside. (They do not either.) Yes, yes, they do. I also used to have a cat(-person). Well, I don’t mean my cat(-person) – my husband, my former husband. Before I went on adventures in the Himalayas. I also had a cat and he ate the birds outside, even though I was a vegetarian. I couldn’t help it. I didn’t want this cat(-person), but my husband, he had brought him home and said, “Here, my darling, this is your present.” And I said that I never wanted such a present. He said, “Yes, you did,” and I asked, “When?” He said, “In Italy.” In fact, on our honeymoon... Yeah. Honeymoon. (Yes.)
And then we were in Italy. And we lived in a very, very old villa. A condominium? (House.) Oh, villa. Big house – big and very nice. It used to belong to a diplomat or something. It was very nice. But no people had lived in this apartment for so long, and lots of cat(-people) were running around there and had made it their home. And there was a cat(-person), a kitten, so small and so thin and so skinny, because the other fat and big cat(-people) always ate everything and left nothing for her. They even bit that little cat(-person). And that’s when my heroic “ego-mentality” was reawakened, and I took on the responsibility of standing there like a policeman to watch over this cat(-person)’s food. I sat there every day, at dinner or after lunch, until this little cat(-person) was done, and my husband thought that I wanted a cat(-person) so much. And he was so loving, whatever I wanted, he found a way to fulfill it. And he saw that I played the policeman role every day to protect this little cat(-person), and he thought I would like to have a cat(-person) like that. Or in Munich... Because before we left... I’m sorry it’s taking so long, but the second question will come later. We make time for one another today, don’t we? (Yes.) Yes, yes, because tomorrow I’m leaving already.
And before we drove back to Germany, I tried to catch this cat(-person) with the help of my husband. Because I was afraid that if she was there alone and I wasn’t there, the world would end. The world would end. But we didn’t manage to catch this cat(-person). And this strengthened my husband’s conviction that I really loved this cat(-person). Oh, yes. We went to Munich, and he looked everywhere for a cat(-person) just like this one, a little star here too, a white star, and the whole body was black, and the four paws were very white. (Cute.) Very cute and very special. I still have the photo. And then he brought home, a present. Oh well, I had problems then. He jumped all over the place, and when I was sleeping, he would come to me and then (purr loudly) in my ears, and then he would kiss me all over. And I like absolute cleanliness, but the cat(-person) didn’t know what cleanliness means, oh and I had suffered so much. So, if you like cat(-people), well, I already know the problems.
And he ate the bird(-people) outside. I gave the bird(-people) food outside and the cat took the bird(-people). I could never discuss vegetarianism with him, or the Five Commandments – he didn’t take them seriously at all. The bird(-people) came to eat, and the cat sat there, meditating, fully concentrated on the bird(-people). Oh my! Watch out when your bird(-people) get fewer and fewer. Take responsibility. There is also karma with the meat, the (animal-people) meat pet food. After this cat(-person) is gone, you may not like cat(-people) anymore. (No, I do.) You do? Continue again? Then you don’t need to ask me why your meditation isn’t making much progress. (But it works.) It works, but not so fast. Could also be faster. So, you take your responsibility. If we love God above all things, then later our love for other things will be a little less. We still love them, but we don’t always want them around us like this. That will be fine. But cat(-people) are very sweet, I know that, I know that. It is very difficult to part with them. How many cat(-people) do you have? (Two.) Two? There are people who have twenty cat(-people). They run around everywhere.
The second question? (The second question is even more complicated.) I don’t need to worry about cat- and dog(-people) as well. I didn’t promise that during the lecture. Why did I get into so many problems. Voilà, now maybe it’s about dog(-people). (No. They confirmed yesterday about UFOs that they are among us, that they are coming.) Yes. (And I know someone who also came: 32-years-old, is among us, but there is one problem. She wants to go home, which means somewhere above, and no longer knows the way. Who brought her, and who should pick her up?) How should I know? (This is no joke.) How should I know that? We all have to go up, OK? Tell her. If she wants to go Home, let her come here. (Thank You.) You’re welcome.
Yes, please. (Sorry. What about to meditate and to ... eat eggs though?) You don’t ... (Is it possible to meditate and to eat eggs though?) No. That question we already answered. (But when baking, as You have recommended, there are usually eggs too.) You bake your own (vegan) cake. (Yes?) (Only separate egg is a restrictive problem.) What? You bake your own (vegan) cake without eggs. (Vegan) cakes go without eggs. When you want the same texture, you put some (vegan) yogurt in it. And the pastry looks the same, soft, like you put eggs. People put eggs inside because of the soft texture that it gives to the cake. You understand? But that you can substitute with (vegan) yogurt. I cook pancakes, English pancakes, with (vegan) yogurt, and it has the same softness. (Thank You.) Yeah, you translate into German for the people, please. (I wanted to know: If you eat eggs and still meditate, can you do both together?) And the answer? (Eggs. And we want to know whether you can meditate afterwards after eating eggs.) (No, no eggs...) No eggs, please. We’ve already explained that earlier.
And she asked how it works with the cake. Like cake with eggs? I told her to bake it herself. Instead of eggs... ([Vegan] yogurt.) we use (vegan) yogurt. And the cake is just as soft and crispy. I always do that when I bake, when I have time to bake. (Vegan) yogurt, (vegan) sour yogurt. (It also works with banana.) It also works with banana. The lady said, “Can also do with banana.” How do you call it, purée? Banana... (Mashed banana.) Mashed banana works too. Have you heard? (And you need less sugar.) Pass the microphone. Say it again, please, because they are very interested in the food and everything. Say that again. You’ll be famous. (If you use a banana instead of an egg, ripe and mashed, that works too. I didn’t believe it at first either, but I’ve already tried it. And the additional advantage is that you save on sugar, which is not so good either.) I see. And where did you learn that? Or experienced it yourself, invented it yourself? (No, no. I got this from Brahma Kumaris. That’s what they recommend.) Ah. And that’s good? Is it good? Just like eggs, right? (Yes. Very simple.) Even better? (No. Not better.) Not better. Have to be honest. So, you can also make it with banana or (vegan) yogurt. What did you say? (No.) No? Nothing? OK. So, enough with the food. Something better, please?
Yes, please. (Is it possible to meditate and do yoga at the same time, or should I leave that out?) What kind of yoga? Exercise or something? (Hatha Yoga.) Exercise. OK. (Hatha Yoga is allowed? Without contemplation within, which is also a kind of meditation?) Exercise is OK. But this “pranayama” – please don’t. Everything else is OK: headstand, footstand, and everything – OK. Physical exercise is good. Just like gymnastics. (The “Five Tibetans” as well?) What? (Five Tibetans. Body exercises.) The physical exercises. In the beginning, it was meant for exercise, together with the (inner Heavenly) Sound and (inner Heavenly) Light. Later, they separated it, and they forgot the (inner Heavenly) Sound and (inner Heavenly) Light meditation, and it was no longer known. (That was actually my exact same question. So, the “Five Tibetans” can still be practiced?) As already mentioned, anything to do with physical exercises you can always use. Just pranayama is not so good in connection with our [meditation] practice.
Yes. What else? (I wanted to add something else, namely that there is also egg substitute powder for cakes. One can buy this in any health food shop. My wife has experience with it. She has also baked cakes with it, which taste quite excellent. That’s just briefly. But now a question about [inner Heavenly] Sound meditation. Sometimes it happens to me that the sound I hear occasionally disappears. Actually, it’s exactly the reverse of how it should be. What should we make of this?) Perhaps because you lose your concentration, or because you run after the sound. We must not do that. (I don’t really believe that, because it’s...) No? (No, it’s kind of a…) What was it? Lack of concentration. (No, it’s a different sound that I hear. It’s a sound that I make myself. And I don’t want to make a sound myself, I want to...) Make it yourself? (Yes.)
You can’t make a sound yourself; otherwise, you would have heard it before already. (I’ve heard the sound before, for example.) Ah yes, that’s different then. Then you happened to meet a Master by chance. (No. I did not.) By chance – you didn’t know it. (I see. I’ve already had that as a child...) Yes. (OK, thank You.) And then the Master has given you some blessings. It happens. (I think You already said that yesterday, thank You.) Yes. So many people who also never saw me, but just heard the name or read a book, also received (the inner Heavenly) Light and (the inner Heavenly) Sound, at home. I wasn’t there. The blessings are unimaginably great. Anyone who only hears the name and believes in it, already receives an inner initiation. But when you learn from a Master, you will learn all levels and all correct things. But if you only get a little bit of remote blessing, then of course that’s different. A little less, and the five generations are not included. Not like at the official initiation.
