Here's a healthy drink recipe for you! Ginger is a root that not only helps boost your immune system, but also reduces nausea, vomiting, and indigestion. Furthermore, it serves as a natural source for treating inflammation, especially in arthritis. Lemon on the other hand cleanses our body; therefore, incorporating both into a daily drink is beneficial to our health!

Here’s the recipe: Simply combine one teaspoon (4.2 grams) of grated ginger with 50 milliliters of pure lemon juice. If you are using sliced ginger, you will need to wash it first and then peel it. Toss it in a jug filled with water and refrigerate it overnight. Pour the mixture into a glass the next morning and heat it up until it’s lukewarm. Then, squeeze in a wedge of lemon and enjoy it before you eat breakfast.

Please note: It is safe for adults to consume ginger daily; however, children should avoid it as it can cause stomach aches because it is too strong.
