Today, I'd like to offer a tip on growing your own lentils. Lentils are a good source of B vitamins, magnesium, iron, potassium, zinc, fiber and plant-based protein. They are easy to cultivate and if you plant the seeds in the spring, the crops will be ready for harvesting approximately 100 days later. Choose an area with direct sunlight so they can absorb a minimum of eight hours daily. Lentils can be grown in various locations including in pots, the ground, kitchen gardens, or part of a small vegetable garden or a backyard vegetable container garden. Ensure pots and planters are filled with nutrient-rich free-draining soil. Pots should be large enough to ensure a sufficient yield of lentils and multiple containers may be needed for enough harvest.

Dearest Master and the Supreme Master TV team, Most human beings living on Earth have been indoctrinated since childhood with wrong messages from nutritional science, saying that animal-based foods are high-quality proteins. Since Master has repeatedly emphasized in Her teachings that only vegan foods are good for health, I especially probed into nutritional science materials from various aspects and found that Master is absolutely correct.

During the Industrial Revolution, American livestock consortiums became the authoritative voice for the dietary guidelines for Americans. Animal-based foods were deemed high-quality simply because they could provide complete essential amino acids. Yet, in reality, as long as legumes are consumed in a plant-based diet together with cereals or nuts, complete essential amino acids can be easily obtained. And animal-based foods are far inferior to plant-based foods in several other nutrients. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation result shows that whether from the viewpoint of nutritional science, environmental studies, or protecting lives, animal-based foods ought to be classified as inferior proteins.

Ultimate Master has used various channels and excuses to give spiritual merit points to human beings to elevate their souls. Nonetheless, the human mind still needs to be provided with correct scientific knowledge so it would rectify its behavior. Even if they have already been addicted to eating meat, they would still change to the sustainable, healthy, plant-based diet if they have accurate knowledge. That way, the world can be saved.
