As we continue our conversation with Russian breatharian Olga Podorovskaya, she addresses the harmful effects of meat consumption. As more people shift towards cleaner, purer lifestyles, Olga emphasizes the need for people to be in tune with themselves. Sharing her observations, she speaks of what we can do to create a better world. Olga warns that if humanity does not come together in harmony and love, our world's future will spiral down a dark path. Ultimately, we should all seek what she refers to as "the realization of immortality," or spiritual enlightenment.

Why could I do this? Why did I create this system? Because the direction was higher, my goal was different. It’s not for shifting into prana eating, to lose weight, or to do something else. My goal was to know who I was, to explore myself. Exactly, that’s why some other doors, other possibilities, other abilities as a person opened on this path. And since I discovered these abilities in myself, I could create systems to tell other people how they can do the same. But this way will be theirs; they cannot go my way.

I traveled to different mental and astral spheres. The first time going out of my body was very important because it made me sure. I was convinced that a person does not die after the death of the body. And for me it was a great discovery, because our society was thinking differently. It was very significant to me that I learned to go not only to the astral planes, but also to mental planes. And when that happens, way out in the mental planes, then you realize that there is form, the usual form of any object, and we are accustomed to it, and we are used to thinking in terms of form.

When I had plenty of experience of my students transitioning to breatharianism, I thought that it would be interesting to investigate the process for animals. I was convinced that my understanding of breatharianism is correct, that it works. It works not only for people, but works on animals; it is universal. When there is enlightenment, then all life becomes meditation, or all life becomes constant self-examination, self-observation, and self-awareness. Therefore, when I conduct courses on the realization of immortality, I divide it into several courses. And I suggest that people start with enlightenment.
