Here is a recipe for making delicious vegan candy cane ice cream! Prepare the candy canes by first gently crushing them into small pieces with the base of a solid jar or kitchen hammer and put aside in a bowl. In a small saucepan, heat 50g caster sugar, 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) golden syrup, and 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) water until dissolved, then allow it to cool. Next, in a large bowl, whip up 250 milliliters of vegan whipping cream and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract until firm peaks form. Add the cooled syrup and 200 grams of oat creme fraiche, beating to combine. Gently fold in half of the crushed candy canes and freeze the mixture in a container for at least six hours. When ready to serve, let it soften for 10 minutes at room temperature and sprinkle the remaining candy canes on top. Ensure your candy canes are free from E120 coloring, also known as cochineal, as this is not vegan. Enjoy the cool, creamy goodness guilt-free!
Now, it’s time to grab your chuckle cup and savor the sweetness of the following joke. It’s entitled “The Secret.”
Bobby asks a 92-year-young gentleman a question:
“Adrian, getting to your age is really inspirational. What’s the secret of your longevity?”
“I haven't died.”
?!
And now we have a heartline from Ching-Hsiu in Taiwan, also known as Formosa:
Wishing you safety and wellness, Master and the Supreme Master TV team, My recent dreams always predicted radical changes, though I also dreamed that Master guided us to arrive at Master’s New Realm Sanctuary. However, one time, I looked down at the Three Realms, thinking, “After we’re liberated, there are still countless beings trapped in the Three Realms.” I felt heavy in my heart and woke up immediately. I realized that even when I’m liberated, I could still be concerned about the creation in the Universe.
When I was exploring my practice in Buddhism, there was a kind of inner voice or thought, or spiritual awareness that always reminded me about the purpose of my life this time and taught me the Five Holy Names in my dream. Ten years later, during initiation, I realized that it was Master. Thank You, Master, for finding me in the vast sea of humanity. I haven’t done well enough; thank You, Master, for Your leniency.
When I got Master’s photo for the first time, gazing at Master’s eyes in the picture, I recalled that in a previous life, Master had come to my life, guiding me both as a teacher and friend.
When I couldn’t afford it but was still longing to get Master’s publications, “The Dogs and the Birds in My Life” DVD in its outer packaging appeared in my room out of nowhere. Master guided me to meditate in my dream and blessed me to do the inner Heavenly Sound Meditation continually for three hours every day. Thus, I saw the passage of the Ninth Realm moving to the sky above the balcony of my house, revealing another realm. It reminded me that this realm is my original Universe.
Furthermore, thank You, Master, for all the miracles You’ve performed. Master has made the greatest sacrifice and is prepared for the final consequence. I hope that the Creator of the Universe eventually will be moved and influenced by Master to help in changing the situation. Ching-Hsiu from Taiwan (Formosa)
Receptive Ching-Hsiu, You have certainly been blessed by Master in many ways. To have Master as our guide through this illusionary world is truly the greatest gift imaginable. May the Blessing of the Buddhas lead you and the friendly Taiwanese (Formosan) people to enlightenment, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master has some words of wisdom for you: “Grateful Ching-Hsiu, all the wondrous experiences you shared are a result of your own merit and the Grace of God. It is important for you to understand that. This world is difficult, and it is hard to practice spiritually with all the negativity. Stop thinking you are not good enough, and instead focus on the greatness of who you really are and give thanks for the Divine Spirit within you. Inferiority and guilt push the Spirit away, while love and gratitude draw it close. Be diligent in meditation; the planet needs it now more than ever. Be a light for the world and remember what you came here for. The Master Power is always with you, my love. May you and abundant Taiwan (Formosa) forever experience the Buddhas’ great Compassion.”
