Directions

  1. Cook the coconut butter with carrots, pepper, and soy steaks in a pot. Let it simmer.
  2. Add in the cauliflower.
  3. Pour in some water.
  4. Stir a little bit and add some spices and salt.
  5. Cover the pot to let it simmer a bit.
  6. Add a little more water, and then add in the buckwheat.
  7. Let it simmer just for a while.
  8. Add in some mushrooms and pour some more water.
  9. Add in the parsley.
  10. Put the cover and let it cook for a while on a lower heat to slowly simmer.
  11. Stir the dish a little bit.
  12. For decoration use parsley and some cherry tomatoes.
  13. Ready to be served.
