INGREDIENTS:
For the crust,
  • 1 ½ cup of organic unbleached flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ cup of soy butter
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice

For the filling,
  • ½ pound of asparagus
  • 2 cups of winter squash cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces of soy cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened soymilk
  • a dash of salt
  • pepper to taste
