Ingredients

3/4 cup rice
1 cup water
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup dried cherries, cranberries, blueberries
2 tablespoons rye flakes
1/2 cup fresh spinach, packed
1 children's vitamin, ground

•    Prepare rice with water in a steamer.
•    When rice is done, stir in tomato, fruit, rye, spinach, and children's multi-vitamin. Stir to thoroughly blend.
•    Serve by the tablespoonful as a delicious meal.
•    Freeze in small containers (little soy yogurt cups are good) and thaw as needed.
