Ingredients:
French bread 2 tomatoes 100% natural vegan butter Vegan cheddar cheese Edam Super-Melting Vegan cheese Ketchup Coriander (optional) Ground black pepper (optional) Dessert:
Soya Chocolate Pudding - Soya chocolate pudding Non-Dairy
- Soya spray cream
Directions:
- Cut some French bread or any other bread.
- Chop the coriander finely.
- Slice the super-melting cheese or vegan cheddar cheese thinly.
- Chop the tomatoes finely.
- Butter the bread or toast with vegan butter and put one slice of cheese on one of the slices of the bread.
- Put some tomatoes on top of the cheese, some black pepper, then put a little coriander. And then put some more tomatoes on top of the coriander.
- Put the rest of the tomatoes on the other piece of buttered bread, spread it out evenly.
- Turn on the oven to warm it up, like 5 minutes.
- Put the bread into the oven for about 10 minutes, the one with butter and tomatoes only will probably toast a little quicker, check it out whether it burns, it might require less time.
- Chocolate pudding (Non-dairy one, made from soya milk). Just put a little cream on it.
