Olga Podorovskaya – Breatharian Light Seeker, Part 3 of 5 (INT)

I traveled to different mental and astral spheres. The first time going out of my body was very important because it made me sure. I was convinced that a person does not die after the death of the body. And for me it was a great discovery, because our society was thinking differently. It was very significant to me that I learned to go not only to the astral planes, but also to mental planes. And when that happens, way out in the mental planes, then you realize that there is form, the usual form of any object, and we are accustomed to it, and we are used to thinking in terms of form.

Olga Podorovskaya – Breatharian Light Seeker, Part 2 of 5 (INT)

Why could I do this? Why did I create this system? Because the direction was higher, my goal was different. It’s not for shifting into prana eating, to lose weight, or to do something else. My goal was to know who I was, to explore myself. Exactly, that’s why some other doors, other possibilities, other abilities as a person opened on this path. And since I discovered these abilities in myself, I could create systems to tell other people how they can do the same. But this way will be theirs; they cannot go my way.

Freedom in Breatharianism: Interview with Akahi Ricardo and Camila Castillo, Part 4 of 4

Since time immemorial, there have always been individuals who can sustain themselves on prana, or the vital life force. Through the grace of the Providence, inediates, people who follow a food-free lifestyle, can draw the energy from nature to nourish themselves. Now I am understanding it and living it from a new perspective, these states of sensations that the pranic state gives you, or the state of freedom- living it and experiencing it with the creation. And everything has been very nice, yes! I would drink teas or juices, but I wasn’t so focused on the physical nourishment.

Victor Truviano – Breathing in Life, Part 2 of 2

Victor Truviano – Breathing in Life, Part 2 of 2

Breatharianism is like knowledge in the body, but pranic state is like wisdom in the cosmos through the presence in your body. Pranic state is Babaji State, is “silence in the silence,” and id something more deep and in wisdom. It’s like the cosmos can speak through you. We are here not only for eating. We are here not only for working. It’d not natural to eat three or four times in the day. It’s not natural to work eight, 10,18hours per day. So, if we are coming to the essence, it’s very easy to see very clear, everything.

Victor Truviano – Breathing in Life, Part 1 of 2

I think that’s the most important is if I can feel free and happy with what I’m doing, because to be pranic is not a level, you know? The pranic state is what is happening in me; for this reason,I can fell free also with that. When you are in pranic consciousness, it doesn’t matter if you are consuming something or not. Organs are working in but in a different way, more subtly. 「All the」organs are like one organ; everything is one organ. All your movements are all the cosmos making something. And it’s so amazing, this sensation. Because when you move that, it’s like everything is moving with you.

Ray Maor: Pranic Living for Mind-Body Awakening, Part 1 of 2

Meet Ray Maor, a breatharian whose adoption of pranic living awakened an awareness of the unlimited potential we humans hold. In scriptures, the human body is often referred to as the temple of God. On several occasions, Supreme Master Ching Hai has spoken about the rarity of this phenomenon: To be a human, you need some merit. As a living temple of God, the human body is fully equipped with miraculous wonders. Since time immemorial, there have always been individuals who can sustain themselves on prana, or the vital life force. Through the grace of the Providence, inediates, people who follow a food- free lifestyle, can draw the energy from nature to nourish themselves. Indeed, the possibilities and miracles in this life as our benevolent Creator has designed for us are endless.
