Summer Ice Popsicles- Peel the orange and slice them into 2, or 3 or 4 pieces depends on preference.
- Put the orange slices on a stick gently.
- Do the same for the watermelon, the peach, and the pear.
- For the banana, put the whole on the stick.
- Cut them into popsicle form whenever possible.
- Put them into the deep freeze and let them freeze for a couple hours.
- Take them out of the fridge, and then they are ready to eat.
Vegan Ham with Cantaloupe- Cut the melon and take away the seed.
- Cut the melon in a slightly round shape, take away the skin.
- For better taste, put the melon in the refrigerator for a few hours until it’s cool.
- When the melon already cool, put them on a plate and put the vegan ham on it.
- Roll it and put a toothpick through it and then it will hold well.
- Ready to be served.
Simple Seaweed Wrap- Cut the carrot into thin long slices.
- Cut the cucumber the same way.
- Arrange the carrot and the cucumber alongside on a seaweed wrap and then sprinkle a little bit of mushroom powder on them.
- Put the ginger slices right onto it, optional.
- Put a little rice that are leftover from yesterday because leftover rice is better since it’s cold.
- Put a little water in it and then roll it as nice as possible.
- Spray a little bit of water on top of the edge so it’s going to stick together nicely.
- Make another wrap with a little onion and carrot slice as variety.
- Sprinkle some mushroom powder on it and put some coriander on it.
- Put a little rice on it and roll it back.
- Cut the roll into bite size and place it on a plate gently.
- Cut it slowly and saw-like manner, back and forth, so that it will look nice.
- Prepare some sauce. Usually use Japanese green mustard, but if don’t have put yellow mustard just fine.
- Add in some soy sauce on directly on the mustard.
- Put some ketchup also if you like.
- Ready to be served.
