:
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes (Hunts brand works well)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons of extra virgin alive oil
4 teaspoons of organic sugar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1½ teaspoons of salt to taste
2 teaspoons salt
