Cooked rice Tofu and/or vegan ham Red bell pepper Soya sprouts Celery ½ zucchini (Optional: cucumber, beans, cabbage or other vegetables) Leeks (poireaux) Coriander Olive oil (or any other cooking oil) Black pepper 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce Pinch of sugar Mushroom seasoning

Directions: (preparing)
Dice a piece of tofu into small cube
Dice some vegan ham into small cube
Chop any vegetable into small
Cut ½ zucchini into small cubes
Slice poireaux (leeks) into thin pieces
Directions: (fry the fried rice)
Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
When it’s heated, put the poireaux (leeks) (is in place of onion)
Add cooked rice, frying for a while about 10 or 15 minutes
Put it in a bowl or on a plate
Directions: (fry the vegetable)
Add about 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Put the ham and the tofu in to fry (Fry it until it’s a little golden)
Put in all the vegetables, first the harder one like the zucchini
